Slow, low picture quality

The tv is a 4k uhd tv but at times it feels more like 1080p unless your using hd4k cable tv. The smart tv function is very slow to response and upon intial turn on, the tv is very slow to act changing through the guide menu. Im regretting this purchase and looking to replace it for another brand since it seems samsung can make good phones but tvs are another thing.

I purchased the 65in online and it was delivered to my home quickly. I mounted the TV to the wall myself. Overall the picture quality is good, but I don't think it is as good as my previus Samsung TV, nor my trusty Panasonic plasma tv that I've had for over 12 years
