I have a boot up problem that I believe has to go with the antenna, buy other than that it fine. I don't have any cable service just free broadcast tv, do when the signal is clear it's perfect. This is my first flat screen, so it's weird seeing skin blemishes on actors.......things look too real. This changes your viewing experience and perception. I have to watch 50 years of tv and movies all over again!

The only weird thing was it had a pop up the first week wanting to connect our phones to the tv. We googled it and the only explanation involved the Facebook app being open and triggering the TV to connect. We confirmed it was when we opened Facebook on our phone the pop up came on the tv. We dismissed it each time. It lasted a little over a week and then just stopped.

SO glad I decided to do the switch & shout out to BestBuy Customer Service for helping me through the process. Amazing picture and sound, if you want a little more extra I added the Samsung A650 to the mix and BRAVO. Super happy with the product and purchase process all around!
