I have always been a fan of Samsung. I was disappointed in this unit. Install and setup was fairly easy. The operating system was laggy. The TV also started to freeze within hours of getting it setup. The remote would not work and would have to unplug the power to reset it. This occurred 3 times in a 2 day span. I decided to return and exchange for an LG 4k TV.

No Password Menu Option, No Earphone Output

The SOUND could not be played through our stereo without $50 worth of Monster Cable adapters and a cable we did not have. Anyone who uses a Hearing Impaired Transmitter & Earphones cannot just plug their transmitter into this TV. Then, after a power outage, there was no menu option to Reset or Type In the Wireless Network Password. The picture is fine. The detail is good. The color rendition with factory settings is nearly perfect.

Great bang for your buck for Smart TV

The colors are very vibrant. The integration with my Samsung Phone is a nice touch with being able to use it as a remote. The smart apps Netflix, hulu, and Amazon prime video are waaaaaay faster than my 6 years old smart tv. I no longer need to use my chrome cast or firestick for those needs. An added plus is the integration with google home.

We got this 65” tv for the master bedroom and didn’t want to spend a fortune since we already had another more expensive Samsung in our living room, this one isn’t far off the more expensive one! Took me 30 mins to install the mount and hang on the wall! Will probably get more for the other bedrooms! Had the tv for a couple of months without any issues!

The price was also great for what you get, in my opinion. Our last Samsung lasted 11 solid years so we're expecting good things with this one and, so far, have definitely not been disappointed. In fact, my uncle and dad were also impressed with it to the point that my uncle went and bought the 70" in the same series!
