This tv is easy to use and good quality. I will say it is very sensitive though, my son broke it after the fifth month I wanna say and it broke my heart, will purchase probably the same tv perhaps a bigger size this next time. Recommend, great quality at best value.

Great picture and even very good sound from the on board speakers. At $529 it is a great price. They didn't have it out on the floor in Orland Park, but they had 8 in the back! The salesman went in back got the TV and helped load in my little Subaru Crosstrek-just fit! I was in and out in about 15 minues. Great in store service. Thank you Samsung & Best Buy for this great TV.

Good that they go rid of the unit which goes between the tv and the connections. It was a mess. - points The remote needs to be redesigned. The number pad takes all the real estate and the rest are in a very small place. Therefore one has to look for the correct buttons for service and it is not lit. The remote is way off the mark
