We don't have cable (don't like it nor could pay for it) but with this TV, you get "samsung tv" which are extra channels that are similar to cable, which are 1000+ channels. The crystal UHD, is so crispy, you can see all the details on an animal. For the price, it's well worth it!!!! I highly recommend getting this tv, this brand. We have always been a Samsung tv family!!!!!

The remote is a little touchy. It double clicks when you only want to click once. The ethernet port constantly says no ethernet then 30 seconds later its fine. We are a roku house, but for the price and picture thiabis a good alternative. All in all the picture is good. Has all the streaming channels.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware which may resolve your issue with the network. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Great TV for the price

The colors are amazing, HDR is a bit disappointing but at this price for a really good TV its worth the loss. If you are looking for specifically HDR, get a TV that has a brightness of over 800 nits. But for watching TV or movies, this is a great tv. Don't know how it looks on the PS5 but will update when I can get my hands on one.

My daughter recommended getting a Samsung as she likes her Samsung. I like the picture size and quality. The only thing that was a disappointment was that I had to get a sound bar because the volume on the TV is in the back of the TV and I had to turn up the sound.
