The first purchase (May 2018) had a panel defect (dark edges, a triangular strip). I purchased the tv from Walmart. I got a refund and went to Best Buy. The second one was purchased at Best Buy (Jan./20190. low and behold after 1 year the same thing happened. I will be purchasing a new tv and it will not be a Samsung!! I prided myself on buying Samsung because the pictures are clear, the menu doesn't require a PhD! and the tv itself was exceptional!! But after two terrible experiences with Samsung. I'm choosing another brand. Sorry not sorry!
