||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 65”tcl 4K roku tv went out this morning so went to Best Buy and was told this tv would be better but the picture is worse the sound is worse I hate the remote and quite honestly just miss my tcl roku tv when the salesman said this was a better tv and it cost about $50 more and is 2 years newer….buyers remorse is hitting and I’m hoping I’ll be able to return it I’m honestly surprised it has such good reviews because my old tcl was way better

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your TU7000 TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is
not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

Nice TV. Not enough HDMI ports

You definitely have to mess with it to get it right. Other than that my only problem is that there’s only 2 HDMI ports

I would consider this TV to be B model. My first big screen, of this size. HD 4K is what you get. At least from my perspective. I'm very finicky when it comes to picture quality. At this price point...it was about what I expected. This samsung model does not provide quite as many menu options to change the video or sound quality as other samsung TV I've owned. Surround sound is fine, what you might expect from the TV. Set up of Bluetooth was easy. If you looking for a big screen under $600, you should be happy with this model.
