Bad software, freezes and very slow!

The software on this tv is very slow, menu is lagging when loading or your chnaging settings. It takes a while to load anything and even freezes at time. It did a software update when first setup so I am not sure if it is a software flaw or just a cheaply made TV. I even bought it to replace a LG TV thinking it would be better, starting to think not. I will probably return it
