Attached are the problems I have with both tv. One is new and the other one is about a year old. Also the volume is very low. DO NOT PURCHASE

If the volume on your TV is too low, please try the following volume features you can adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
2) Several Sound are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

The software is not very friendly, and only has 2 hdmi ports. Everything else is perfect for now.

I love the integration of Apple TV, the easy mirroring to my other devices, and that the remote automatically works with my Xbox. However, there are some drawbacks. Sometimes the apps do not download. When this happens, I have to unplug the tv from the wall and plug back then. Afterwards it works. Also, the screen mirroring stopped after a while and I had to reset the program on tv for my device to work. Outside of those annoying issues, the tv has been great. Also, the sound is not the best. If you buy it, plan on buying the sound bar. Put my 55 inch lg next to it and the lg outperformed in sound.

The only things that keep me from giving it 5 stars is there are only 2 HDMI ports and the navigation isn’t the smoothest.
