Shut off on me

It was good quality up until it shut off on me and did not turn back on. I just got the tv only 8 months ago. I don't know if I got a defected one but since I did not get the best buy warranty I had to call Samsung directly for a service appointment and I have to wait a week for them to see what is wrong with it. I will write an update based on the findings.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on. While you are waiting for Samsung Service, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.
2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.
3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control.
4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control

Great tv for the price

Couple small things such as it is kind of laggy when trying to switch between apps and it has 1 less hdmi input than the last model. Other than that Im happy with it being backlit versus the edge lit. No more fuzzy white border on black screens.

Decent TV for the money

After 2 weeks several apps stopped working and I had to do a factory reset and set up the tv all over again (about 40 min process). Aside from that it’s an excellent TV for the money.

In addition to you doing a factory reset of your TV, you can also try updating your TV's software, deleting, and downloading the app again, and a completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue the with the apps if the need arises again.

The only thing I dislike is it is somewhat slow when moving from one app to another. There is that little delay.

Horrible 2020 TV

Only way to fix image is to reset tv. Another big issue was the lag of the system and functions. Internet connectivity would sometimes say that it was not stable even though it would be connected to LAN. Netflix app also broken since it would not allow streaming from this device since its too new. Netflix still has not added this tv to their streaming list.

Samsung 65” Crystal

The pricing offered on Cyber Monday made this an easy choice for me. Very pleased with the Samsung 65”. Also added a sound bar. There is nothing negative I can say about the final result.

Started looking & then there were none. The TV picture itself is good. But as you can see from the side view, light comes out the side. (I have not called about this. I am healing from back surgery & this isn't at the top of the list. Also, hauling it back & forth is defeating & i have lost any faith in your company) i know it's been tough on all but stock room/sales people?! Have no faith in you

The delivery was on time with a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arrival to let us know that they were on the way.

Defective in just over 2 weeks

It’s ashame just after 3 weeks it needs to be repaired but I guess you get what you pay for but my parents had same issue in an expensive Samsung tv. So I’m assuming it’s a Samsung problem. After going through the warranty process and taking off work today for there window to be here 12-4 they never showed. Buy another product! This frustration isn’t worth the 500.

I’m happy with my purchase

It fits my living room perfectly and it’s so clear. I love the fact that I’m able to use airplay on the tv also. The sound isn’t the best but a sound bar could easily fix that.

Completely Amazing!

Great for PS4 pro or Xbox One X. The only thing I would buy with the TV is 4k HDMI cable to get the best quality possible.
