    The picture on this TV is just okay. It does not get very bright. I stream everything and it is very irritating that every time you turn the TV back on it defaults to the Samsung streaming TV service. I would never buy this TV again because of the remote control. It has three dedicated buttons on it for different streaming services. If I pay for TV I don't want advertising on my remote. I have another Samsung TV and the remote has a few buttons that controls everything. This remote has 42 buttons. That's not a mistype, 42 buttons. If a $40 fire stick can come with a sleek remote there's no reason Samsung can't include one with this TV.

      There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

    Worked beautifully for 20 months. Then a 6inch vertical line appeared on the screen from top to bottom. Samsung said that they would repair, even if the warranty had expired. They could not find a certified repairman, could not repair; therefore I gave up.

    Works perfect just as advertised. The staff at Best Buy were friendly and very knowledgeable. Help me with everything I needed from questions about sound bars, to mounting hardware in brackets.

    Easy to transport, quick set-up. The only issue I have is that the picture gets blurry sometimes. Also, every once in a while, depending on which streaming application I'm on, the picture gets dark & I have to adjust the picture and brightness.

    Product worked fine but randomly 1 month later it shorted out and now some pixels are messed up. And now it turns off on its own.

    Great experience! The new tv didn't fit in the car so they let me leave it there for a few days kept an eye on it until k was able to pick it up. I can't wait for my next purchase at bestbuy

    We bought this to put over our mantle in the living room. It is an awesome TV and we have had no trouble learning to use the smart functions. Definitely recommend. Excellent TV for the price.

    Just bought this 65" 7 series Samsung tv and i have no regrets. Everyone in the house is loving it. Only problem i have is the volume have to bring it all the way to at least half way up to be able to hear it decently.

    The picture quality is cool. The apps Samsung tv has is better than other smart TVs. But for some odd reason my tv just blanks out as if it turned off. It also doesn’t hold the WiFi connection as good as my LG tv did.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).

      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Bought this on 9-09-2020 and the associate told me if anything happen to bring it back within the 15 days of warranty. 2 days after the warranty runs out the smart tv starts to disconnect from the wifi constantly. It sometimes freezes and have to go back to the home page and says disconnected. I always had good purchases from bestbuy, every tv I get comes from there. But this time I just knew something was odd or would happen. Id recommend Insignia over Samsung any day.

    Bright enough with shade in the home. Has amazing color but the ui is a little twitchy & slow. But once you get there its all good. Might just be my slower internet.

    I really enjoy the TV. It has great color contrast. Speaker is good. Only problem is the casting from my phone gives problems every once in a while. I'm going to try reseting it and see what happens.
