This TV comes with lots of installed apps. It's so easy to use and has the easiest setup. The price point is also great, more than reasonable for this TV! I've had other models before and the quality is amazing. Samsung by far is the best.

I bought this TV to replace my old Samsung. Nothing was wrong with my old one just wanted to upgrade to a bigger size and I'm happy I did. I've had this tv for a year now and not one issue and the picture quality is still as good as the day I bought it.

This Class 7 Samsung Smart TV is hands-down a glorious product only enhanced in quality by Best Buy's service and pricing! It's my first Samsung (had been loyal to Sony having worked there for a decade), and I'm now a total convert. If you're going to invest in a higher end TV with all the bells n whistles + superior audio / visual, Class 7 is a GREAT way to go. (BTW, unless you are an audiophile/need to hardcore "feel" your visuals, no sound bar needed!) Best of all, this 65" screen is big on its own, but TRUST: Once fully set up, it feels even larger with a fully submersive visual experience. Also, WELL WORTH the extra investment to have the Geek Squad deliver, install & recycle my old one. Professional, timely, totally observant of Covid protocols. I knew I was in good hands. (They even wore little paper booties over their shoes while in my home!)

I love my TV no need to spend extra money for cable service since it has Samsung tv included. It looks great in my bedroom

Been well over a year since I bought this, works like a champ, good picture, always have went with Samsung products. Water leaked from my AC a while back and it never complained. Great buy for the money

Upgraded from the exact same one just 55 inch. Really like the picture and especially how it integrates with my other samsung devices, very nice to be able to change volume or even turn off from my samsung watch.

Really nice picture quality and the sound is fine for my unsophisticated aural requirements. I eventually hooked up my Bluetooth sound bar because it's been sitting in my "under-stair" closet unused for a couple of years. Frankly, I'm not a big fan of the unnatural, almost too rich sound bar experience. You can drive yourself crazy selecting the "perfect" television when the picture quality difference is often barely perceptible (unless you're willing to add a couple thousand $'s for an OLED. I ended up going back and choosing the first TV I looked at after comparing hundreds of TV's on several different sites. I should have been reading books to my children or learning latin or running a marathon. Bottom line, I would purchase the same TV again if I needed another one but I would have gone with the larger size because the room is large and the couch is about 20 feet away. My advice is to stop reading my drivel and add this TV to your cart and you will have chosen a great TV....

The television is great, its giving me everything that i wantes out of it. My only issue was with Best Buy. My purchase experience was horrible. It was a complete waste of time to purchase online for delivery with total tech install that was never delivered, i had to repurchase and pick up in store where they gave me the floor model with no power cord. I had to return to the store again for-the cord and was not discount on the TV for being the floor model. I am a very dissatisfied customer!

My LG 55 inch stopped working. So I bought this TV. Beautiful color. Works great. No iiues are noted. Ive had it for anout 2 weeks now. You cannot go wrong. And Best Buy has the best prices on TV and the warrente. Out the door for $600.00
