Clearly it was already there. I think it was a store/floor model. Before I left the store and before I put it in my car I bought a five year coverage plan.(the box was still taped up) I get home. Wait a day to take out of taped up. “Certified box”. -I purchased this tv at 1725 N Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa, FL 33607 United States. - I called both this location and the Brandon,Fl location. Refuse to send a geek squad member out to my home. I dont think I should have to box a tv I just purchased for them to tell me its my fault when clearly I did nothing more than take it out of a box. Again this was “excellent -certified”. I would 100% ask to see the tv before you pay in full and leave the parking lot. I felt like they gave me the middle finger after I purchased.
