worst samsung product ever

The picture gets blurry and almost like a glassy appearance which resolves by itself after several hours and reoccurs again. I wish to return it but the return window is closed so I called the geek squad who promised to send out someone to fix it. Stayed home all day waiting for them, only to get a call at the end of the day that I need to reschedule. The customer service has been really frustrating and annoying. I cant believe I bought a TV that would constantly give me a headache.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with your TV not displaying properly. While you are waiting for your service appointment, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Check the antenna and input cable connections
2) Check the antenna and HDMI cable connections
3) If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, fixed horizontal, or vertical lines
4) Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?
5) Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?
6) If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)
7) If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal
(Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. Signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception

Remote lags big time compared to my ROKU tv remote. I’ve tried installing apps and they just won’t download. I’ve had not even a day and will be returning to get an LG.

Problematic TV from the start

This at TV has several software issues and is not ready for release. There was an update available, which I thought would help with the software issues. When I clicked to download it. A prompt came up saying “Not enough storage space, delete apps and try again.” The only problem is, the TV was brand new and I hadn’t downloaded any apps. The other issue is that you cannot delete the apps that come preinstalled. I would not recommend this TV.
