I got the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65 and I'm so impressed and blown away how amazing the picture looks. It was easy to assemble and also easy to hook up to my devices. My phone,video game console,and laptop are connected to it and even that was easy to do. This tv is the best tv I have ever brought so far in my life hands down. My friends can't even go pass the tv without stopping to look at it. The apps on it makes things also alot easier so I don't even need to use my phone or video game console to connect so I can use them myself and my son can watch his apps he likes. Its the best of both worlds ever since I got the tv and it's been the best investment I made since. I think anybody that has a chance to get this tv should. The sound even is phenomenal and I haven't even turn the volume up halfway yet. All my devices run through this tv so even when I lose the remote control,like I always do I can use my other devices to turn my tv on or change the channel. It needs wifi and internet connection to use these extra features but even without internet you still won't be disappointed. I strongly recommend getting this awesome and amazing Samsung tv and trust me you won't regret it. I sure dont and I promise you,You won't either.

Had it for a week and everything was fine and working. Then I turned it on when I got him last night and there was ripples throughout the whole screen.

The screen split or developed a line. I bought a 2-yr warranty, can I return it?

After 4 months of having the TV, the TV just went out and wouldn’t come back on there’s an icon stuck on the front saying plug in a USB. Nothing is working? Don’t buy this TV.

Sound: Now, I’m no audiophile, but the built-in speakers do the job. They’re not mind-blowing, but they won’t make your ears bleed either. If you’re hosting a movie night, consider grabbing a soundbar or cranking up the volume a bit. But for everyday TV watching, it’s totally fine. Smart Features: Okay, this is where it gets cool. The TV runs on Tizen, which sounds fancy, but trust me, it’s easy-peasy. You’ve got all your streaming apps right there—Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, you name it. Plus, you can boss it around with Alexa. Just say, “Alexa, play ‘The Office’!” and boom, Jim and Pam are on your screen. Setup: Honestly, I was expecting a tech headache, but nope! The setup was smoother than spreading peanut butter on toast. Plug, connect, follow the prompts, and voilà! You’re binge-watching your favorite shows in no time. Price: Okay, let’s talk moolah. For a 65-inch 4K TV, the price is pretty wallet-friendly. It won’t make your bank account cry, which is always a win.

I bought it 3 months ago and suddenly an error appeared, the thing will only restart over and over again.

Picture has already gone out and it has not even been a year! Horrible

TV is nice. Good quality but the operating system is too much for the processor it has so it’s very laggy. Especially when it starts up. After it’s “warmed up” it’s a bit more responsive. Some apps are more optimized than the operating system (Tizen I believe) itself. Like Netflix for example, super smooth and fast. Just a nice update from Samsung should be the fix but for them to realize and actually push an update is another thing. If you can pick it up for a good deal i say go for it.

Overall great tv! Have had it for a couple months now and has been great no issues or problems and easy to use and navigate, slim and light weight compared to over tv’s. Good size for a small/medium bedroom even for a 65in tv

The Samsung Crystal UHD 65" TV is absolutely amazing! It's the best TV you can get for your money. The picture quality is so clear and vibrant that it feels like you're right in the middle of the action. The colors are so rich and lifelike, it's like watching real life. The size of the screen is perfect, not too big or too small. It's just right for enjoying your favorite movies and shows. Plus, the sound is incredible. You can hear every detail, from the softest whisper to the loudest explosion. And the smart features are super easy to use. You can easily navigate through all your favorite apps and streaming services with just a few clicks. Trust me, once you experience the Samsung Crystal UHD 65" TV, you won't want to watch anything else!

This is the best TV we have viewed outside of a movie theater. We needed a bigger TV. We spend a lot of time watching all types of entertainment. It was very easy to set up with both on-screen and the Samsung app. If you run in problems just turn the TV off to reset the setup process. I love that we can watch many free channels from movies, music, sports, cartoons, news, and basic channels. It even has a digital TV guild. Netflix and Prime video can be accessed directly from the remote. The graphics are beautiful, clear, and bright. There is more viewing area because the TV's frame is so slim it appears to have none. The sound can be adjusted to amplified which gives the effect of surround sound. The TV remote can control our connected Amazon fire stick. Adding devices is truly plug and play. New devices are easily, quickly, and automatically connected. The legs are strong and stable. They would not break if the TV was dragged on them. The AC plug is removable. The only con is that there is no video/audio plug only the 2 HDMI and USB plugs. We highly recommend this TV, Samsung makes great equipment.  

The picture and the different modes you can use such as movie and dynamic are really exceptional. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how good the sound is. I had a 70" Vizio before this and the sound was always weak and muted. I thought I'd need to purchase a sound bar with this one because of that experience, but am very glad that I didn't because the sound is great! The one knock I'll give it, just like with my Vizio is that the remote doesn't have a light! Most people are watching movies and such in the dark with big screen TVs but you have to turn on the lights or use a flashlight to see the remote! This is a big miss that could be corrected for a very low price!

This is my Second-time owner of Samsung SmartTV. I am always truly impressed Samsung product line, Samsung 2020 TV line was no shortage. This Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65” has to a lot offer. For starters, the entire bezel of the TV frame is extremely minimum almost no existent just like today's high-end smartphone! Which allows for a much more immersive view of the 65" 4K vivid HDR display. The first-time set-up and configuration of the TV were easy and straight forwards and even voice activation works immediately to guide you through the already simple process and additionally allows for ease of customization for flexibly! Secondly, out of the box, the SmartTV comes with dozens of ready to use apps and internet streaming services including Samsung TV Plus Store and local channels for free through internet TV with major networks like FOX, USA Today, Popular Mechanics..etc that doesn't require any additional attachments or cable boxes. Which is very convenient such as Prime video is my primary movie and TV streaming app! Thirdly, sound quality is superior, loud, very crisp, and distinct that captures fine details and sounds, creating a much more in-depth TV experience similar to a movie theater! Concluding this review I would highly recommend the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65”.

Good overall set for the money. I didn't need anything fancy or perfect. Just a good TV for our living room that had smart/app features. This TV works great in a brightly lit family room. Glare is about average from the screen. Colors look good, audio quality is good, the menu interface is reasonably responsive. Lots of configuration options for audio and video. My biggest complaints would be the remote control and the backlight bleed around the edges of the screen. It's very apparent in dark scenes, but disappears as the screen content gets brighter. If this was in a movie room with controlled light, then I'd consider something higher quality. But like I said, it's for a general-use family room and it fits this need perfectly.
