Ive had the TV for a year now. I love the design and the quality. Only bad thing about it is that without the remote youre kind of in trouble. The TV lacks physical buttons on itself, and the ammount of ports is limited to just two.

This is a great t.v. It has an amazing picture quality, is easy to connect to other devices such as a phone or stereo system, and the sound quality is pretty good too.

This has turned out to be a great tv. Picture quality is top notch, and it has a lot of features. Oh.. And you cant beat the Best Buy price and service.

Good quality and picture. Sound level is good although I am now using a sound bar. It only has two HDMIs I think so keep that in mind. But one provides arc HDMI. The operating system is a little bit slow and sometimes lagging but overal is good. Price was decent.

My first 4k, and the largest screen I've ever owned. So far I love it, the detail and clarity are top notch. The operating system on the TV (Tizen) is the WORST I've come across. Its confusing and makes no sense. It does include a lot of apps for streaming and they work well. But it seems that they never intended the tv to watch OTA channels. the settings are buried in menus and I still havent figured out how to set it up. I have talked with several other people with similar sets with the same issue, The remote sucks too I have let several people try it, and every person accidentally starts netflix or samung tv or another app. A universal remote is in my future.

This is a really great TV. Have it mounted up on the wall in my shop and use it all the time. Great picture quality! Operating apps and navigation very simple to use. Great TV for a great price!!

Amazing television! Really good quality and easy menu options to set up quickly. Only thing I would like is an extra hdmi since it only has two outputs. Other than that excellent purchase.

The image quality on this set is absolutely beautiful. I was impressed from the first moment that I turned it on. Most of my main streaming services came preinstalled and it didn't take very long to acquaint myself with the menus. As this is my first Samsung set since smart TVs became popular, I didn't have many expectations going into the experience. One thing in particular that I enjoyed is that right out of the box I can use the Samsung TV Plus app to load an on screen guide with a decent number of live TV channels including a few live news feeds (including CBSN) - a HUGE advantage for those of us that are desperately trying to cut the cord. Sound quality seems good, volume is loud enough that I don't think I'll need to add a sound bar. My only gripe with this set is that the remote isn't quite as responsive as I would like. The rubber buttons don't have a particularly satisfying click and the positioning of the navigation buttons is a bit too low on the remote. On the whole, I am pretty thoroughly impressed with this television and have mounted it in my living room (connected to the kitchen) for peak usage by myself and my family.

It has amazing quality, the picture quality is superb and Best Buy gave the best deal on it plus the service and installation is also superb. I recommend this tv to everyone

Purchase it year ago no problem so far good picture quality If you want to last long this purchase un plug it while you are not using it. The reason is its made of plastic with time period it start cracking and breaking this where you will lose your tv. This is what happened with my sony bravis
