The set up for this tv is easy. I have not yet used all its features. Will update once I have. I am not giving a five rating because every time I lose internet connection which happens very briefly about 2-3 times a month where I live the tv won’t just come back on. You have to go into settings and manually reconnect the tv back to the internet. Which is annoying, but since this is my first smart tv it’s possible this happens with all smart tv. Otherwise a very nice tv. Great picture and sound quality even w/o bluetooth speakers.

2 year review: Fantastic picture, great for games, movies with the family. Sound is good, wish I purchased a sound system with it for even more dynamic audio than it already had. It’s held up really well, moved across country and back with me. Just yesterday it randomly fell over and cracked all the way up and down. Unfortunate, but I suppose it was time. Will definitely be purchasing another Samsung to replace!

Good tv. Picture and sound quality good. Would give higher rating, but found remote to be awkward and difficult to use.

Works extremely well. Not issues to date. Sound , color, volume,apps; on point. I'd recommend this TV in a heartbeat.

Great picture, good value, my only complaint is with the controller, sometimes it has a mind of it's own.

This TV replaced a smaller non 4K tv and I can't be happier. I was a little worried that being a larger TV I'd see the pixels on the screen but that is not the case, the picture is perfect, enough HDMI connectors to hook up the PlayStation and the other console. My two complains are, the remote control, the play, FF, REW and Pause buttons are in a weird place, and the Operating System feels a little slow, but all the apps that I need are there.

Samsung Crystal UHD is a very good quality product. It's easy to manage and program. I love all the features of this product.

If you’re looking for a 65in 4k tv just buy this. It’s a base model but the quality you get for the price is incredible. I use mine for 4k UHD movies, tv/streaming and some gaming It looks great across everything. I own a 2020 model of this tv and just bought a second one (2023 model) for my father! This TV would be my first recommendation to anyone who wants a big screen for the living room!

Tried to give 3 1/2 Stars. This tv was easy to set up. Love that it is light weight but you need to handle with extra care. The Picture is great but he sound is not so much. Music and sound effects are loud but the voice speaking you can barely hear. There are only 2 hdmi connections and I need 3. Unable to hook up my xbox 360 because there are no connections for it. Will continue to figure out what to do on this matter. Hey the picture is great! hope this one last over 10 years like my LG did.
