Great picture, easy set up. My sound bar blue toothed right to it no problem.

Tried to give 3 1/2 Stars. This tv was easy to set up. Love that it is light weight but you need to handle with extra care. The Picture is great but he sound is not so much. Music and sound effects are loud but the voice speaking you can barely hear. There are only 2 hdmi connections and I need 3. Unable to hook up my xbox 360 because there are no connections for it. Will continue to figure out what to do on this matter. Hey the picture is great! hope this one last over 10 years like my LG did.

Great picture, fair price. Light and easy to install

I used this tv all day everyday. Bought Thanksgiving 2022 its now July 2024. I've used it for playstation and pc gaming and the picture and sound are both great. I got the 5 year geeksquad plan so we wills see how well it does.

Honestly expected better. There has always been a lag between the remote and the tv and even with brand new batteries it doesn’t make a difference. Many times it doesn’t register until the 3rd or 4th time you click the button. The picture quality is good though. Maybe we got a bad one but I wouldn’t purchase this one again.

Bought this for my mom she loves the quality of the tv and sound only downfall is it logs her out of her subscriptions

We bought two different 43" TVs 10 years ago. One we paid $1,500 for and the other only $300. Well, the cheap one that we kept down in the family room finally died this year. We had been wanting to get a larger TV up in our living room for a while anyway so this was perfect timing. We originally bought a 65" Sceptre Android TV. But it was lost in transit and never arrived. We took this as a sign and decided to spend just a little more and get a better quality TV. We decided on this 65" 4k Crystal UHD Samsung. Setup was easy. We really love the picture, the sound is great. We did buy a soundbar but that's only because the husband said we couldn't live without it (that's not true). While I love that the remote that came with it can control my cable box. I just wish that the buttons lit up or something. And it would be great if I could remove some of the pre-installed apps that I'll never use. But I just moved them to the end so that's fine. When we first set it up I honestly thought it was too big, much larger than I expected. But now that we've had it for a bit I think we probably could have gone bigger maybe 75" or 85". Maybe in another 10 years

This is our 2nd one - very easy set up and easy to navigate thru the menus. Picture is sharp.

I had the same TV in a smaller model that I was very pleased with. So I knew I wanted exactly the same when I went bigger. The picture quality does not disappoint. I can finally see all the minutia I was missing in movies. My biggest complaint is the sound. It feels as if the smaller version had better sound. I can have it all the way up and still have difficulty in hearing some things. I’m going to see if a sound bar will help with that. But overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and intend to stick with Samsung TVs.
