Terrific resolution and easy to operate. I would recommend a sound bar as the internal speakers are not strong enough for the ultimate theater experience

Buying process super easy. Bought online, curbside pick up. The young man who brought the TV out to my car was super nice, helpful. Great experience overall.

The installation and the setup is really simple is literally just plug in and play connect to your Wi-Fi and the TV is ready to go if you have a Samsung account you connect your account to the TV if not you can create a new account I have a new Samsung account you can connect all of your other apps Netflix, Hulu, Roku, Paramount, and hbomax the list goes on and on all you have to do is have a username and password and connect is smartphone if it's a Samsung can't connect to the TV as well.

I haven't taken the time yet to take advantage of all of the built in apps it has, but I look forward to digging into them as time permits. Our Best Buy offered free delivery! If your does, I would definitely take advantage of it! I see people trying to squeeze these into their cars and small SUVs all the time, and there really isn't a need to mess with it if free delivery is offered. The packaging was great by the way too! One more thing, I really like the two stands it comes with. They look flimsy in the photo, but the are really strong and sturdy and they just snap into place! You don't even need a screwdriver!

Good but not Great

Pic quality, apps are great but the sound is not great at all hence the 4 star instead of 5. I was hoping it was just the cable box but nope it’s the tv. Still a great tv for the price!

Sound is the only thing was lacking and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. If your going to buy this TV, you'll need a sound bar or an audio system of some kind.

I has some shortcomings like slow to go from on air station to station, and the remote double hits and sends the tab movement 2 steps instead if 1 step from time to time but otherwise works well.
