Its a 2019 tv but its awsome. It has free channels ,perfect size for a bed room,living room even a studio . Im going to buy the new model next which just came out a month ago

I can’t say enough good things about this tv. I feel like I’ve been living in the stone ages prior to purchasing this, as my old 1080p Samsung that this new one replaces lasted 10 years. We always purchase Samsungs because they really are the best. I also did my research between the 7 series, 8 series and QLED technologies because it’s all so advanced from the 1080p. So for me anything was going to be an upgrade. My research indicated there was really not much difference between the 7 and 8 series in clarity, and the QLED is definitely the Bentley in screen quality but I also thought in terms of how clear do I really need the picture to be, as I said, anything is going to be an upgrade. I ended up going with the 7 series and so glad I did. For $630 it was a steal because my 1080p cost $750, yeah shocker. The one thing I was skeptical about was the watching capability and quality of streaming through the smart tv functions, as we typically stream through our Comcast service since the quality of streaming never was great with our old Samsung so I just thought that was typical. Well this Samsung streaming is like watching on our Apple TV box. In fact it already includes the Apple TV app as well as Discovery+ so that was a major bonus I was not aware of. So I ended up moving our Apple box to our bedroom where we have a non-smart tv which is great. Setup was easy too, and sound quality was decent. But we already had a Samsung soundbar with Bluetooth capability that it automatically paired with so that made the sound even better. But the best thing is the screen size and picture quality. It’s like I’m at the movie theater. I love that it doesn’t have a pedestal stand like my old tv either, that took up so much space. And the 2 HDMI ports were sufficient since I only have my cable box to hook up. This had all the bells and whistles I needed and me and my family couldn’t be happier!

replaced my 17 year old tv with this one, and I love it (I Have the 75" same TV in the basement). I love the freeTiezan apps on it, which prompted Need to get rid of the cable bill.

Nice picture. Easy to set up. The only thing I don’t like about this tv is the remote control. The buttons are very small. I don’t know how someone with large hands could operate it bc I have problems with it.

I love the quality.Everyone surprised on how good the images look on the screen.loved it so much I bought another one for my room.

Excellent TV! I have this mounted up on the living room wall and have it paired with a Denon sound bar. This pair works amazing together! Great TV with a beautiful picture!

Great tv. Picture quality is great. I wish it would be a bit brighter during dark movies. Overall would recommend.

The TV has been great so far! The only thing that’s concerning is the sound volume which is pretty low until you hit level 50. But otherwise great picture quality and size.

It shows a great picture and a has a remote control easy to work with. Only thing I'm a little disappointed with is the volume of the speakers other than that it's an excellent purchase.

I got this for 531 out the door including taxes for black friday sales online. It was im stored for 477! 477 for a 65 inch brand new tv... con, how can you beat that!? You can't! Not even Vizio makes that that quality that low priced. I had the best experience in store too, the staff was super friendly and quick to help me especially when I was trying to beat the lines and the rush! Best experience during this 2020 pandemic for sure and everyone was covid conscious and kept 6 feet apart while all wearing masks. Great staff, amazing service and perfectly priced items... thats a home run in my book! Thanks Best Buy!

Awesome tv crystal clear picture and massive picture size as well as samsung tv network built in i would recommend this tv to anyone who loves sports movies ect

Excellent picture, lightweight, sound quality could be better. Set up from box to watching first show was super easy for this girl who has no electronic experience.

Recently purchased this TV and the picture quality looks amazing. Sound is what you’d most expect out of a flatscreen TV but it’s not bad either. It’s very easy to setup and has a lot of great smart features. The software has been a little bit delayed at times, but a majority of the time it’s smooth and easy to navigate with the remote control. Also, the picture is very clear and sharp with gaming & movies. Overall, I would definitely recommend this TV for someone looking for a newer model within a cheaper budget.

Great until it wasn't. The TV looks great and image were good. My problem with this TV is that I've only had it 1 year and 2 months and all of the sudden it died. Just black screen of death. Of course this is 2 months after the warranty ends. I checked everything from power outlet to the cord itself, even changing the batteries in the remote. I called support to make sure I wasn't missing anything but I already tried everything suggested...I was on google for awhile. There is no reason this TV should have died at just barely over a year old. There was no power surge or storm (I have it plugged into a surge protector as an extra precaution) it just turned off, no prior issues before this. We don't even look at it long...maybe 30 minutes to an hour on weekdays and a movie once in a while on the weekend...because were all adults who work everyday! So this is a DISAPPOINTING and random problem to crop up. I expected this TV to last at least 5-7 years based upon our use and history of Samsung TVs. I'm upset that I might have to purchase another TV if getting this one fixed will cost just as much.

Bought it in November 2022 and its now June 2023 ans i have no complaints! Great TV! Good picture quality, good sound, and goes back and forth between apps quickly!
