Sound is what you’d most expect out of a flatscreen TV but it’s not bad either. It’s very easy to setup and has a lot of great smart features. The software has been a little bit delayed at times, but a majority of the time it’s smooth and easy to navigate with the remote control. Also, the picture is very clear and sharp with gaming & movies. Overall, I would definitely recommend this TV for someone looking for a newer model within a cheaper budget.

It was im stored for 477! 477 for a 65 inch brand new tv... con, how can you beat that!? You can't! Not even Vizio makes that that quality that low priced. I had the best experience in store too, the staff was super friendly and quick to help me especially when I was trying to beat the lines and the rush! Best experience during this 2020 pandemic for sure and everyone was covid conscious and kept 6 feet apart while all wearing masks. Great staff, amazing service and perfectly priced items... thats a home run in my book! Thanks Best Buy!

We purchased this over Christmas so he has some distraction during his time at home from the hospital. It is a fantastic picture and streams flawlessly.

Great BIG upgrade

Biggest reason for the update is size (going bigger) and it's smart so now I don't need two separate remotes

It has great picture! You need a sound bar, with any of these tvs they are all terrible sound quality!
