Good quality tv had no issues with it. Just disappointing that we accidentally broke it and it stopped working

SHARP picture and great sound- no need for a sound bar. Sometimes the sound is weird and it seems to come from the wrong spot but on this one, the sound is great.

This television will not stay on just cuts off on it's own. Additionally no TV antenna connection. I was given some (what I should have realized at the time) talk about needing an optical cable for connection. Of curse they did not have such a cable at the time. No worries I was mostly streaming at the time. Fast forward a couple of years and lo and behold there is no optical connection for the tv. It is a defective television with no CATV connection at all. I am thoroughly disgusted with this experience. It was unnecessary. Just admit you gave me a defective set and replace it. Instead I am led to believe I am only a rare/hard-to-find optical cable away from TV nirvana. Thank you Best Buy! outstanding Customer Care

Love samsungs pannel very good quality also the samsung free tv is a nice touch you dont ever need to pay for cable or satellite ever again.

This is an excellent TV for a good price. The picture is superb for an inexpensive HD flat screen.

I usually lean towards Samsung when it comes to making a TV purchase, but this time I decided to open my search to other brands. After comparing quality, features and price I landed on this one which I was able to get on sale. With Samsung you know you will get a clear picture and we’ll built TV but I was pleased with the ease of use when it came to interacting with apps and other inputs. Also, even though it is a older model there isn’t much new or improved in the new model to justify the price difference so I went with this model.

It’s my second Samsung and the quality is amazing. No complain.

Great TV, Looks amazing and is very bright and clear. The only reason for a 4 star is the UI is VERY slow and cumbersome. Luckily, I use my Xbox for everything I do with the TV.

Purchased 65 inch Samsung TV. TV has very good sound and picture quality. Works great with my sound system. Smart TV has a great selection of apps. Easy setup

I like the size, and it's working great so far. I haven't had it longer than two months before this review. I couldn't tell you of any problem with it.

This review is almost exactly the same as I wrote for the TU8000. I purchased that one and then decided to get a bigger screen and sold the TU8000 and bought a new TU7000 instead. These are very similar TVs. This TV was replacing an old 32-inch Samsung model with Full HD. I'm not any kind of AV authority, but I love the picture. Coming from a lower resolution, the difference is striking. The sound quality isn't exactly amazing, but for me it's perfectly adequate. My old TV had terrible sound and I had it connected to external speakers. This one has better sound and I didn't bother with the speakers this time. The apps are a lot faster than on my older model. I had bought a Fire stick for the old one because the apps were so slow to load. One downside to this TV over my prior one is that this one will not play as many different types of video files. If you download videos, this could be a concern. I can't recall which ones don't work except MKV. On my old TV I could watch those from a usb drive and on this one I get an error. I got converter software to deal with this issue. The TU7000 is nearly $200 cheaper than the TU8000 at the 65-inch size. They have the same picture and sound systems, so the viewing experience is the same. The difference is that the TU8000 offers some features that are not included on the TU7000. After owning both, those features weren't worth the $170 plus tax for me: *The TU8000 has a nicer remote that includes a mic for voice control and few buttons. The TU7000 has an older style remote that has a lot of buttons and no mic. I prefer the TU8000 remote, but it has a harder learning curve. I decided to just use my Fire Stick on the TU7000. The Fire Stick has a remote that is similar to the TU8000 remote, with fewer buttons and a built-in mic. You can also use an Echo product for voice control. *The TU8000 lets you use the TV in ambient mode, which displays art or photos on the screen when you're not using the TV. The TU7000 doesn't have that feature, but it doesn't really appeal to me, so I didn't mind giving it up. *The TU8000 has three HDMI ports and two USB ports. The TU7000 has two HDMI and one USB. I use HDMI for my Fire stick, DVD player, and cable box. I got an HDMI switcher for one port on the tv for $10. There is a difference between an HDMI switcher and a splitter (the splitter costs more, for one). Research these before purchasing. I don't need a second USB port, so that was fine.

The picture is very clear and the color is awesome. The function of the tv is easy and i love how it connects to all of my apps

This is a Solid TV. The Geek squad techs were awesome that delivered this TV. Did a Demo for me. Made sure everything was working properly and in tact
