So I got this television back in July 2020, and it’s not May 2021. The TV is amazing, it displays great, and looks absolutely amazing. The price for this TV is nothing to pass up. The only note I had with it is that about two months ago in March, I was switching my Xbox back and fourth to a new display, when doing so I noticed and small piece of plastic under the TV. It was the power on button, that allows me to turn on the TV and all of that. Plus the smart app is a little slow compared to ROKU, and the TV smart interface is a little dated and slow. But either than that, it’s great.

One of our tvs broke and we needed a replacement, Samsungs are my go to, love the tv, great size, great pictures. Love it

Beautiful display colors. I love the sound quality on this tv which is louder and has surround sound base on it.

I desperately needed an upgrade from my old 50 inch TV. Wasnt a smart TV, so I've been late to the game. I did research on which TV was better samsung or lg and in the end I went with samsung. I read all the bad reviews on how their TV was damaged or not working, but so far after about a week, it's working great. I made sure to get the 5 yr protection plan in case something went wrong. Couldn't have been any happier with this TV. It is amazing quality and you should definitely go with Samsung.

The picture of this tv is wondeful. I haven't had a single issue the 2 years I've had it. It's perfect for our living room.

Amazing quality especially at night, the picture is very bright and the blacks are really black. Good starter tv would recommend.

I have no reason to rate Best Buy as anything other than five star for the purchase of this TV thus far and for the shopping experience in general. Although I've only had it for a few weeks, the TV is performing well and has a nice picture and sound. I had read in reviews that it was difficult to unpack and set-up, but I found it rather straight forward to unpack and attach the legs and sit in position. The set-up was fairly easy, although it does take a few hours to go through all of the set-up and registration instructions and for updates, etc. I did go ahead and purchase the Best Buy two-year extended warranty, as I noticed that most of the problems mentioned in the reviews either occurred early on or within the first two years. If anything goes wrong during those two years, I want the convenience of Best Buy's "Geeks" to come to my home and assist or replace. I purchased on-line and then picked up in about an hour at the nearby store. Although Best Buy personnel placed the unit in my Tucson (Just fit, in fact), If you are like me, you will need a friend to help move the unit in to position and set up the legs and maybe to assist you in unpacking. The box lifts UP - read the instructions and it will save you a bit of time. This particular model has been around for awhile and has many, many good reports, so I am looking forward to several trouble free years of TV and good customer support from Samsung and Best Buy if needed.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The image quality of this television is excellent and so was the prize. Will definitely recommend it.

I love my new TV. The picture is very clear and the colors are bright. The TV was also very easy to set up.

The 65 keeps me alive. Nice color and volume. Tv fell over and not a scratch. Im telling everyone to get one.
