Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im going to be honest 2 STARS for making it to a year but a YEAR?! i bought this TV April 16,2022 it’s been mounted to my wall ever since it goes untouched it started to not work on May 6,2023 out of no where it turns on and off you’ll randomly hear it only but nothing on the screen besides the back like. I called Samsung tried every single step and NOTHING they told me 120 for a diagnosis and 800$ for a new screen if it was to be a broken screen but i mentioned tot hem my TV is mounted never been on the ground FYI WE USE NO CABLE BOX. Only the APPS it comes WITH ( NETFLIX,HULU E.t.C)
