They were very nice and professional. The television is fantastic. I'm not very tech savvy, but even I was able to get it up and going. I was even able to add apps to it. That may not sound like much to most, but I'm retired and that was a huge accomplishment for me. The quality of the picture is great. Navigating through all of the settings has been a breeze. But the best thing was the great price.
