This is a great TV and I'm enjoying owning it, however the software is clunky and provides no interaction with Google Home systems. Not only this, but recently it decided to jump off the Wi-Fi andI've found no way of getting it back on short of a factory reset, which would remove all the apps I had installed and accounts I had setup. Barring this issue, however, the TV has a great picture and the built-in speakers sound pretty good. I've had a few movies or shows that sounded tinny, but I couldn't tell if it was the app, the movie, or the TV. It was never consistent with which ones would mess up and didn't happen often enough I ignored it. I would recommend this TV if you want a nice 4K TV that isn't the more expensive newest line, but definitely be warned about the lack of Google integration without using a Chromecast.

We don’t have a cable box in the room where the tv is, so having the ability to stream is great. Great quality of picture and interface. Only issue is on the remote. The spin wheel is a bit too low for the remote so doesn’t have a great feel

Great picture quality, with solid mounting. Easy to access ports, plus manual buttons in case of remote issues. Smart TV settings by Samsung work well. Low heat emissions, thus energy savings.

Love the 4k picture quality. Easy to set up & easy to add apps. Glad I brought it. The employee in the TV section was very knowledgeable & great at helping me pick out the TV best for my needs

This TV is excellent. Great picture and good sound. Especially for the price. We put this in the master bedroom and it outperforms the 86" TV in the living room (different brand).

Excellent quality, easy setup, everything was pretty much plug and play. Ofcourse the 8 series would have been better but the 7 series comes in great.

Only draw back I have with it is that the sensor for the remote seems somewhat unresponsive sometimes, needs to be held at a certain angle I guess but other wise great picture quality and such

So nice to see a,movie on a big screen. The color quality is wonderful, very vibrant. Easy to use remote, although I do wish some buttons were larger.. thanks Samsung and thanks Best Buy!

Great tv for the price. Haven't had it long but so far it is a huge upgrade from my last tv. Super easy to set up, good sound and picture quality right out of the box without making any adjustments.

This tv was purchased to replace our 55in Samsung. It was a base model but I’m very impressed with the quality and features. I’ve absolutely love this tv and it was idiot proof when setting it up.

Went to the store looking at other brands of TV's. However, when we saw this one on display the picture was much nicer then other brands. The TV was easy to setup and it looks great in our home.

I bought this tv because I was having issues with a Toshiba I had. This tv is a great size and has a brilliant picture. You cant go wrong with this tv. The brand, size and picture all excellent

Just plug in and bam, awesome picture, great sound ( better than the last one) . Recommend this 7 series all day, its super thin and light weight. I put it on a full motion wall mount.

TV has good quality, was easily mounted on our wall and has many features I did not anticipate that work with my Samsung cell phone. Would definitely recommend to others!

Best Buy delivered, setup, and taught me how to work everything. Sound is amazing and the smart features I could play with all day so easy to work.

Overall great value. Great picture. Only complaint I have is related to sound. You have to turn up high to hear, also has a slight echo effect when used with my soundbar which is LG. TV is very user friendly with apps and compatible with Samsung products which is a plus. Happy with my purchase.

I like the Samsung TVs over other brands. I find the price to be reasonable and the quality to be far superior over the LG tv I had prior to purchasing Samsung.

Bought this TV just in time to watch the Super Bowl and it didn’t disappoint. Great picture, easy set up. I love all the apps it comes with too. Loved getting free delivery too!

I was looking to get the 58 inch nu6900. I am so glad I went in a spoke to the sales associate at best buy. They explained how this tv is 120 and 3 hdmi, which I need for my kids gaming systems. Also I can see there is a big difference in the clarity on the 7100 compared to the 6900. My friend has the 6900 a 65 that he got for Christmas and when he saw my tv up and we were watching the game the other day, he was so upset that his looked the way it did that after the game, we went to his house, boxed his tv up and took it back to exchange to the 7100. There really was a big difference. Its not a q tv but it's a great value .
