This TV was easy to install and mount to the wall with the Brackets (sold separately). Make sure to download the SmartThings App to control all of your Samsung products and keep them updated. Works perfectly with Bose Soundbars for surround sound systems in case you want a home theater. Visual quality is beautiful and the TV sound itself is good. In total we own (4) 55” Samsung TV’s and (2) 65” Samsung TV’s. We Love Samsung! Thank you Best Buy for your recommendations!

Upgraded to a larger size and 4K... wow! Picture looks great after some basic adjustments, haven’t used the smart tv functions.

If all you need is a large screen with a decent picture then this is the TV for you! If you are looking for incredibly clarity, detail and deep dark colors, your'e going to need to pony up for that. Look at the price point and really ask yourself what is reasonable at this price point. Did you really expect to get a Benz for the price of a Honda? It might have looked flashy and high def in the store but its really not. I have had issues with pixelation especially with dark colors. Remember the old "blocky" black backgrounds? yyeaa. its pretty bad. That being said, it is worse over my AT&T U-Verse than it is with my Chromecast dongle. My chromecast dongle gets a much higher quality picture but still has some issues with the deep dark colors. Now about i would say about 10 years ago i paid $1,699.00 for a 46" Samsung LN46A650 and that thing is sharper than a surgeons scalpel...even today. So to put that in perspective, i know tech goes down and specs go up as time passes, but my 10 year old Samsung runs laps around this TV. The difference is, I don't have any SmartApps built into my old 46" TV (which is not a big deal for me). Most of the ones on this 65" TV seem to work pretty flawlessly and load rather quickly compared to some cheaper, smaller SmartTV's (which i have seen lag and buffer). Netflix, YouTube, and Chromecast all play pretty clear but still have issues with the depth of the dark colors. Sound is sound to me so i wasn't looking for rich emersiveness. I can hear clearly which is really all i look for. However, the sound isn't great in noisy areas. At night, i can run this at 10/100 and feel like it is a bit loud, but during the day in an apartment complex with the windows open, i have to blast it to 80+/100 just to barely hear what is going on. One cool thing about this TV is the built in bluetooth. So during this whole COVID situation i need to work from home which means a loud complex and a unit i share with someone also working from home. I can pair up my Sony MX3 noisecancelling headphones to the TV without any extra equipment and it is AH-MAZING! You can also wirelessly hook up a soundbar or other bluetooth speaker of your choice. All-in-all, you get what you pay for and if you're looking for something that just does the job, then this is a good buy. If you are looking for incredibly clarity, sharpness, and immersive sound, you're going to have to shell out that cash and find a higher end model.

This tv is great for the price. The sound is pretty solid for not being a component setup. The minimal smart tv advertisement is easy enough to ignore. It was my only hesitation in buying a smart tv. I didn't want to drop $600 to watch ads by the manufacturer and I don't have to. I upgraded from a 1080p Sharp Aquos that cost more than 4 times as much and is twice the size. Would recommend. I didn't want to rush and write a review so here we go. I purchased the tv on 11/16/19 and had it delivered to my house. Setup was super easy and the quality is amazing. I use it a lot for videos games and watching football. It amazes me how it knows if I am playing a video game or just watching Netflix on my xbox. It will randomly pop up saying game mode on or game mode off if I am getting on or off of a game to watch netflix. All In all I love my tv.

I bought this TV as an open box option and was very happy about the savings, but I was concerned that there was something wrong with it. I got it home and set it up and I couldn't be happier. I've been using it almost every day for around 18 months and it works phenomenally. The picture is excellent. The only real complaint that I have is with the Tizen OS. It's very slow and frustrating, but switching to a Roku solved that problem.

Has good picture, easy to set up and navigate the controls. Speaker is good for a tv speaker, really needs a sound bar.

I was pleasantly surprised with the price of the 65” model. My daughter loves the shortcut buttons to Netflix and amazon.

I've had this TV for about a month now and so far I am loving it! I previously had a 47 inch TV in my living room so this was a nice upgrade. The quality may not be as sharp as some other 4k models (although it's still great) but for the price it's absolutely worth it. The smart tv features are also nice and it has a very quick response to open any of the apps. If you're looking to upgrade your TV and don't want to spend a ton of money I would reccomend checking this one out.
