Very satisfied with this TV. Samsung doesn't disappoint. Extremely happy with the picture, app options, sound quality and ability to hide input wires. Reflection and angle viewing is a bit inconvenient during the day, but lucky i can close my curtains, dimming the light just enough. Is this TV perfect, no. However, it's a fantastic unit at this price point and this size.

The picture on the tv is great. Very easy to set up and use! Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star is the sound. Could have better sound, kind of low.

The TV is great and seems to be the right size. I did have problems logging into my Samsung account though. They couldn’t help me and told me it needs a firmware update. The tv says it doesn’t. They wanted me to do it manually using a thumb drive. After I set up a new account under my wife’s email, everything is perfect. No firmware update needed! Other than that, all is good.

I have to turn the sound up to around say between 40 & 50 just to get a good sound.-where Im not straining to hear. When I do, an icon keeps displaying saying “TV speaker”. What is this? Why? The picture is sharp & crisp and beautiful, at best, most of times. Sometimes the screen has hotten a bit dark when livingroom light is on. I love Samsung (I have two others in different rooms -older models 35 & 55 inch I believe HD & not sure if one is a 4K) I did a lot of research & comparisons prior to puchasing this type Samsung model and size. But Im not as satisfied/estactic. Everytime I turn on television all the available apps are displayed at bottom-but soon go away , but not all the time (I have to manually push the return button on remote for that display of items to go away). I went into Best Buy store and was told I need to purchase a “sound bar” to receive better sound because the speakers are very small thus they have struggle to produce when volume is made louder. Wow. yet this was not disclosed to me prior to purchase. Why do I have to purchase a device to enjoy my television comfortably? Did the contractor Geek squad NOT set TV up correctly? I dont know. Im not swaavy in regards to computers or tech stuff so I dont know what to do where to go on television to see what is set up how it’s set up. That’s why I made appointment for geek squad to set the television up. It may be a defaukt television or it may need some squeeking on the part of set up to which my skillset is not a match.

Got this for my master bedroom, had the Geeks mount it for me... so glad I did. After they left sat down and turned it on.. HoMyGawd.. simply amazing. Beautiful picture, like watching it really happen, not like TV.. it's just amazing. Being a little hearing impaired this handles volume no prob.. just can't say it's beautiful sound.. but I can clearly hear it. live this tv

I was looking to get a smart TV but wasn't sure which brand and honestly didn't want to break the bank or purchase a Samsung because of the last one that I purchased didn't last long, but I must say this had the best picture out of all the others so I purchased it based oh the picture quality alone and it also had good sound as well without a soundbar.

I originally purchased the q70r but for the 1600 price tag on that tv it’s not worth it when you compare it to this one yes blacks are a little better controller is better but I save over 900$$$$ buying this one and looks great has same features only thing is that this one has a hump so when I wall mounted I needed spacers but I can’t complain for the price and picture quality

We had a smaller 50in before upgrading and I didn’t think it was gonna make much difference but wow! It looks great super clear, my guests have definitely commented on how nice it looks. The only thing I would say is make sure you can get home delivery or have a vehicle big enough. We made the mistake of not have a big enough vehicle and had to do home delivery lol.

LOVE this TV!!! Samsung knows how to do it when it comes to making TVs. The only thing that I wish they would change is making it recognize Google products, like the Chromecast. I am still able to use it but it would be nice to have their own category instead of calling it a Roku. Other than that, no issues. Great TV and amazing picture!

The Samsung 65 class TV LEDs is working fine. Excellent pictures. Easy to operate. I like it and I will recommend to anyone who wants TV
