Great picture/ terrible software

The down side is the software that runs it. I have had two of these TV'S the first had an issue with not wanting to connect to wifi after it was turn off. You would have to unplug it and then plug it back in for it to connect. The one they replaced it with started have the same issue so I had to hard wire it. Second issue it seems to have is switching input sources. Sometimes it will not see the source or sometimes it will switch to that source and have no picture only sound. Has done this multiple times. The only way to fix that problem seems to be to turn it off for 5-10 minutes then it acts normal. Samsung really needs to update the firmware to fix the problems. I'm keeping the TV so far because if you want a Samsung it's either this TV or one that's way more expensive.

Please know that Samsung is aware of the issue and will be releasing a firmware update soon as a remedy.
Meanwhile, we recommend that you reboot your TV as a temporary fix.
Please unplug the TV’s power cord and re-plug it in, or press the power button on the remote, holding it for 5+ seconds to restart the TV.
One possible reason for issue of auto switching of input sources is that the TV is connected to a game console, and is activating Game Mode.

The built in speakers aren't that great. Felt like had to turn up when during dialogue and down with music. Ended up buying soundbar.

It actually went out after 10 months and working through samsung was a pain, but we got a brand new replacement. So when it works it works great.
