White shadowing on screen

Samsung tech came out and said this is how they are... Sony doesn’t have this problem and my 10 year old Vizio didn’t. Refused to do anything about it. Said that’s what the backlight does. Never buying Samsung again and ill be sure to let anyone who will listen not to either.
