Better than expected... tons of options and controls for sound picture and gaming. Easy to use menu screen and help guide

Compared this TV in the store with their latest QLED 7 series. This TV looks better than Q60 and Q70. Q80 looks better but twice the price. There is a problem with this TV dropping internet connection though. If TV is in sleep mode for a few hours before I turn it back on, I will get a message "Connected to Network but no Internet". I checked the router, it is working, my other devices have internet/wifi connection. Cell phones, Xbox, PS4, Apple Tv all works. If you checked online, it is a ongoing problem. Only fix is to reboot the TV.

I love almost everything about this TV. Right from the start, you can tell this is going to get years of quality use. Unboxing is a snap. Mounting and set up is simple. The picture quality and features are excellent. As most, if not all, TV's of this nature have subpar audio quality, this one is average. The expectation of low sound and zero bass have become the norm. Once you accept this, you can get on to the rest of the benefits this unit has to offer. It doesn't hurt to pick it up on sale for under $600 either.

Wonderful picture quality, easy to use the menue, everything as it says on description. I Recommend it after using 1.5 month.

Great smart TV apps and options. Got on sale and great value for the price. Always had Samsung TV's and will continue to get them. I miss my Samsung Plasma :( Oh well. Don't like the thin remote control with minimal buttons, but can't control that or maybe buy a universal remote. Sound quality by itself is really decent, but have hooked up to receiver. I use as a 3rd monitor to my PC and the display is great. You won't be disappointed for the TV price range and size range.

This TV has a great picture, it is easy to use. The price is in line with the features it provides and is a value buy.

This tv gives a great picture and color is also vivid. Hopefully I don’t have problems with one as I did with the curved tv by the same company

Replaced a 5 year old Samsung 50 inch flat screen with this 8 Series 4K 2160 Smart TV. The price had been 1399.00 when this tv first came out. I got it for 799.00 during the Black Friday 2019 sale. Can’t beat the price or picture quality. I used to have remotes for all my devices,but now I only have one. I can’t find any negatives about this tv. Video game on my PS3 and PS4 looks and sound great with the game mode that automatically switches on. With my Samsung sound bar the sound is incredible. After only one month I love this TV.

Great picture and great price. Big upgrade from my 60" Samsung led non 4k TV. Looks great wall mounted with the TVs thin bezel.

I bought this TV to replace a 10 year old Samsung 8 series 1st generation smart tv. The picture is crystal clear. The only two things I don't like is the automatic game mode and the lack of an included anchoring system. The game mode activates and deactivates randomly so I disabled it. Its unfortunate since I have an xbox one x and I have to manually select game mode every time I use it. My last Samsung came with a way to anchor the tv to prevent it from falling. This one required me to purchase the anchoring system separately.

Got this on sale for 599 and for the size and picture quality it’s great. Only complaint is the sound. Depending on what you’re watching the voice dialogue is almost inaudible. Especially watching blockbuster, made for theater movies like avengers. Have to turn up to the max at 100 and still can barely hear people talking, then when action happens it’s of course way too loud. Unfortunately the sound settings aren’t in-depth enough to correct this. Hope a sound bar or even a software update might fix this in the future. Most other apps/shows movies and especially games are great all around though.

I love the TV awesome picture brightness sound and easy to set up. Great so far and loved the progressive leasing 90 day option.

This is a very good TV for the money. There are better pictures our there with OLED an QLED TVs, but this one checks all the boxes for a value TV. Solid picture, 4 HDMI inputs, game mode, and good refresh rates.

This smart tv is the best Samsung tv I have owned to date. ease of use, Samsung channels great picture quality. All the apps needed built in.

The overall picture is great, LG TV is good, able to use the Smart TV is Wonderful, Still learning about the TV and the things it will do.
