This was obviously not a top of the line model when I bought it, but it perfectly satisfies my needs without spending a pretty buck. 120hz native panel shows its strengths when watching sports and quick moving scenes. It's important to calibrate the picture if possible, or just use the recommended settings from Rtings, for example. It makes a difference.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Magnolia hifi came to my house to evaluate my loft, bedroom, and the family room for possible purchase, placement, and installation of 4k tvs. I shopped around, then settled on the Samsung 8 series HD 4k tvs the best choice without a doubt 75 inch for the loft 65 inch for the bedroom .The 8 series by Samsung is a wonderful TV with such a beautiful picture . I'm more than happy with my purchase so happy in fact I feel as if I'm in AV heaven.

The apps function well with a wide variety everything from Hulu Netflix and YouTube down to Spectrum app for cable box free programming you can even mirror your laptop or phone directly to the TV Feature packed and easy to use

Great TV

I wanted to spend just the right amount without going "cheap". I have a 7 series 43" and loved it so I knew going with the 8 series in the 65" would be good. Great picture, user friendly smart options. Had a friend buy a LG 65" (not sure which series) at same time and after seeing how black the letterbox was on mine compared to his, he returned his for Samsung.
