First one i received has 2 lines in center of screen. Best buy took care of me and brought out a new one. Definitely happy with 2nd TV.

Don’t really need to pay for 4K since no providers provide 4K content. I would recommend Series 7 over series 8 and save $350

Does not work well with Alexa.

I do not like the remote and There are some issues using Alexa and the app Smart Things. You cannot control volume thru Alexa and it will not go in through Alexa if rhebtv has been off for a while. It’ll turn off on Alexa voice command and that’s basically it. When it does come on they Alexa it will not go to the last app I was using. I stream TV thru YoutubeTV. It’s obvious Samsung is not that good at software. The Picture and sound quality are good. The rest (controllability) is fair to poor.

Overrated

It turns on in the middle of the night and some times when nobody is home. Makes me wonder how "smart" these TV's are... The picture quality is good except with Xfinity live. Xfinity really only accommodates the Samsung products and then sends out a poor quality picture. Kind of counter- productive.
