Bought this TV once it went on sale and was being replaced with new series. Got a really great price on it and really exceeded my expectations for what I paid. The UI is still not as good as my LG, but definitely still one of the better ones on the market.

We feel like we were living in the dark ages - haven't purchased a TV in over 10yrs. Crazy how much clearer and cleaner of a picture. Our Best Buy rep was awesome, explaining on the differences between the different types of tvs and how they compare to each other. Highly recommend!

I'm impressed by how good these new TVs look, they've definitely dropped in price compared to the first Smart TVs that came out. The audio is not the best but they atte decent at 20W. Will be getting a sound bar later. The new interface and controller takes a minute to get used to.

I'm happy with the TV overall. Picture quality is great and there are so many great features that make this an amazing purchase. The only thing I am disappointed by is the lack of ability to cast from any Android device. I thought that mirrorcast was included, but if you are not using a Samsung device you can not cast to this TV without a chromecast dongle. Other than that it's awesome!

Good picture with a user friendly smart interface for streaming. I originally bought the Samsung 7 series but the picture just wasn’t as good as on the 8 series. The 8 series is definitely worth the extra money and as good as you can get without stepping up to a QLED.

This is the first 4K tv I buy. It’s very nice and got it on sale. Good refresh rate compared to other TVs around the same price. And it also has a lot of hdmi inputs which I need. Not sure why TVs come with only one or two. This one is a must buy.

Our new tv is so very clear you can even see the mens beard hair on their faces if they just have a 5 o'clock shadow. The sound is also amazing, this is the first tv that my husband can actually hear. We love it.

I’ve been doing a lot of research between this and the new 2020 TU8000 series. I read that this model performs better than the new model. Also got it for a good price during the 4th of July sale. So far everything works well and amazing picture quality.

This is a great looking TV, color reproduction is great and once you dial in the proper settings (I use settings from Rtings) it really shines as a great competitor at its price point. My biggest problem is Samsung pushes the Bixby assistant, which means it doesn't have Google's assistant built in for casting from a phone. Minor inconvenience, it has youtube built in which is fine.

Great TV for the price I got it at. Just waiting until more manufactures start implementing hdmi 2.1 and 120 hertz 4k panels as a standard. This will do. There is no point in pay so more $$$ for a tv that will be outdate within 1 or 2 years.

I bought this item on sale and glad I did! It was a toss up between the current 7 series or last years 8 series. This TV is amazing! Colors look good, darks are great, video games are sweet, audio is amazing! No complaints at all, love it!!!

Highly rated for 2019 and on sale for $300 less than the normal price. Couldn't pass it up and I'm happy I didn't. Excellent clarity, color and brightness. Best TV I've ever had. Can't imagine a higher priced TV would give a much better picture.

It’s been about a month since I’ve purchased this tv. It’s been great. Easy to set up. Picture quality amazing. Sound quality is great. Love the different apps u can use and download. The design is impressive. Truly satisfied with this purchase

The 2 stars are only because the tv has a really nice picture and the universal remote automatically programs itself. As far as functionality this tv is a joke. The tv will randomly turn off while you're watching it. It may only happen once during the day or it may happen every 15 minutes all day long. After contacting Samsung several times I was told there are offline updates that the tv needs. This means you have to download the update to a usb drive and install it yourself because the tv won't auto update because it's not online. So if you do purchase this tv put it somewhere you can get to the usb ports for the offline updates. If you don't you'll be moving furniture and pulling it off the wall so you can manually update the tv.

This television is a great buy for the price a very clear and defined picture crisp images and great smart app availability for use with paid services. I would highly recommend this product to individuals who do not want to break the bank, but want a high-quality product!

I bought this television knowing that I was getting a great deal. The picture quality and sound is more than I could hope for considering the price I paid. It has plenty of HDMI ports for all of my accessories like an Xbox, a PC, and a Tivo.

So glad I ended up purchasing this TV. I was debating between this one and the Series 7 but ultimately decided on the series 8. It has been slightly over a month since I've owned it and I love it. If you are unsure about buying this TV don't be, you'll love it!

one of the best tvs I bought i had a tcl 4k TV and went with this TV and what a big difference tcl was more affordable but spending more money on the Samsung TV is well worth it you will greatly see the difference in quality and performance.
