I have only had Samsung TVs. I only bought this tv because my series 6 melted. I guess it was a thing for that model. I still stuck with them even though I had that issue. This tv is great. If it’s on sale well worth the purchase.

Love this HDTV. Great picture. I personally picked the 8000 series for the quality. Don't go cheap and you will be pleased for years. Going strong for two years now.

I am so happy with my purchase. This TV is sharp, vibrant colors and plenty of ports. The smart hub is incredible! The endless streaming opinions, internet, device configurations and voice interaction. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We have had it in our living room for a few weeks now. Everything works well as expected. I was even able to connect it with the old Samsung home theater just by adding another audio cable. Great value and features for the money.

Simply awesome picture compare to my 128 bit UHD TV. There is a reason this is $300 more than the Sony and Hisense that I bought. They were both UHD TV but I guess either the 128 bit vs 256 made the difference or something else. The quality is day and night different for the better. The sound is pretty weak. Will need to buy a sound bar.

It is too dark. We were told that this was the better picture quality when it came down to this one and another Samsung version. We replaced an old Sony Bravia. No one makes TV s like Sony. The remote control is user friendly. I do like the smart features. I would give 3.5 stars but it is not an option.

I’ve never bought a Tv before, asked team members around the store and helped me choose the one. I really love how this tv looks in every way, any movie played is just so good on quality, even if it’s not 4K. 100% would recommend.

It was time for a new tv for the family room and we went to Best Buy and the person that helped us was awesome answered all my questions. Bought it got home set it up the picture quality is amazing clear and we love our new tv for movie nights.

It was set-up by the Geek Squad and it has played excellent since then. I'm now watching movies that I have seen before because they now look completely different. They are much better. Football games are a joy to watch. You see everything!

We will fix it and if we cant we will replace it. Not in my case. Hours on the phone getting sent from person to person and getting nothing accomplished to showing up in person at Best Buy hoping for some help. In the end i had a Geek Squad tech who i couldnt reach making a bad situation worse by lousy follow along with parts people sending the wrong parts that he coudnt use because they werent right for my tv . Oh he showed after quite some time of trying to reach him and many hours on the one. In the end after power board replaced and tv main board as well..Still no picture. Long story short my problem was handed over to Samsung and i still have no tv . Surge protector and no kiddy or adult abuse of tv..It just died..It shouldnt matter if i bought it Best Buy on line..It was a purchace from Best Buy and it should be honored by Best Buy. I purchaced 2 yr Geek Squad and its a good idea to get it but in the end i feel failed by in house and Customer service over the phone as well..Praying Samsung does right by me in this situation..Sorry we cant help you is pretty sorry reply from a store full of tvs and a company that says..If we cant fix it we will replace it. That sign was near the tv department when i went in Best Buy today to give another plee for resolution.Great picture but big headaches..Thank you to the few who gave me info to try and follow through with Samsung but in the end..BEST BUY didnt come through

That TV is really good. the sound could be better, and I have purchased the Samsung 3.1 soundbar (which could also be better) but the picture is really amazing. You almost think you 're in the movie! very realistic. Overall, very satisfied.

I purchased this tv for a better quality picture. I watch pornhub 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and the money shot is incomparable. I originally wanted the oled but needed to update my red tube account but I’m satisfied with purchase

Thus TV wasn’t that much more than some “house” brands. Picture quality is really good and Samsung has a proven track record for quality. If you are integrating with home A/V receiver, much less problematic than off brands.

Love this TV it is perfect for gaming and also watching movies. Great pic Samsung always makes excellent TVs. Best Buy is an excellent company to buy your TVs from quick and easy service and always willing to help

I love this brand and I absolutely love this tv it picks up the internet connection very good compared to older 6 series Televisions so it’s good to upgrade your Tv because the picture and connection would be better in the long run.
