The picture quality is good but the volume sucks on the TV

wanted the newest this years model Q8 series. until I found out that Samsung basically gutted the features I wanted that last years model had. this isn't a last years model Q or this years gutted T series. got the 2019 RU series cuz of quality & features. was hard to find but worth the search & distance driven to pick it up. great gaming TV

Great price for this TV. Crisp clear image and easy to use.

This TV hits the sweet spot for stunning screen images/video without paying a lot. Sure, there’s higher end, much more expensive models, but the improvement in image quality for my family and me isn’t discernible and not worth spending so much more.

This is an excellent TV with a great picture. The remote is basic, but the software makes up for the lack of buttons. I sit 8-11 ft away from this TV for a great gaming experience. This is the best TV I have ever owned.

It's been over a year and I still love this tv. I've had no problems at all. The picture is fabulous, haven't had to buy a sound bar, the tv sound fills the room.

I upgraded from a 10 year + older plasma TV, a Pioneer and I have to say this TV blew me away. Every old show I watch it's like watching it new again. I'm really amazed at the clarity, detail, motion, etc. Well worth the price!

The picture quality is outstanding, The tv has all of the expected smart features plus some extra features like voice control—and others that come with the Samsung 8 series and higher. I would highly recommend this tv.

Wow what a step up from our 10 year old flat screen. It’s amazing the difference in clarity. Very pleased with our purchase. Our previous was also a Samsung and has worked perfectly the last 10 years I hope this one lasts as long as well.

Amazing quality! I had for about a year and now I'm writing the review. I love this TV. Is like going to the movies wat your own home. I also bought a soundbar with Dolby ATMOS. Feels like I'm in a theater.

This is a high quality TV with the best picture that I have ever seen. I have 5 4K TV's and none are as good as this one. If you want an excellent picture get a better TV not one with flashy add-ons like Fire TV or ROKU.(I have both).

The picture quality is ok on this mid price point tv. I think the quality of this model is slightly better than the tu8000 model that replaced it. The tv was bought top replace an older Samsung tv that was smaller so regardless it seems like a big upgrade. Ive owned numerous Samsung tvs and always had good service from them.

I did quite a bit of research on Samsung’s QLED TVs. I went into the store thinking that is what I wanted. After talking with the salesman, I could not see the benefit of paying over $300 more for that model. We are very happy with our purchase.

We LOVE this tv!!!! The picture is phenomenal- so bright and clear! It is actually the best picture on a tv we have had in our home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a large tv. You can’t go wrong!!!

Got this on sale at $599 last month. Have been going back and forth on this TV cause I want a good set that looks good. Looked at the Q80T and honestly for $600 you cant beat this. Picked up a Sammy sound bar and all is good. Does this TV have some short comings, yes. But for 120hz refresh rate at 6 hundy decent deal

Beautiful television. Easy to hook up all my things to it. I've seen a lot of remote comments in other reviews of new television and I quite like this one. Newer and sleeker than my other Samsung's remote. So pleased I've bought it.

This new TV is so intuitive you only have to plug it in. The clarity if the picture is amazing, colors so true you need do nothing. I remember when you used to have to adjust all those settings, not any more. Just a great TV and more

We have had this TV for just about a year now and it has been really good. The picture is great too. The Best Buy sales associate was very helpful when we were looking at all the different TV's available.
