It was time to upgrade my tv and decided on this model. The price was within my budget and it was the exact size I was looking for. Very nice quality and amazing display. Playing games on this is amazing as well.

I needed a Digital Audio Cable to run from our Smart TV to the receiver. I stopped by the Greece, NY store and was greeted by a wonderful associate. I explained what length of cable I needed and the equipment we had. I was questioning whether to spend $$ on an expensive cable. After discussing, he recommended the Rocketfish cable, explaining that the much more expensive cable would not yield any better performance unless I had a very high end system. Unfortunately, I did not catch the associate’s name.

I’m always been a Samsung owner and I love the quality and volume of samsung TV. For me it’s the best purchase of TV I ever had.

Great picture and sound quality from the speakers is also decent. No real lag in the smart TV user interface. Would recommend.

We had a Samsung previously and loved it. This one is just so big that the lower quality transmission of some shows is very noticeable. HD signals are incredible. I would say that our sales person was very straight forward about that.

My second Samsung. Setup went smoothly. Added streaming applications quickly, ones that were not pre-loaded. I’ll buy again when needed.

Nice tv, very good picture, just have to turn the voice off of the remote, repeats every channel you turn to and the volume

This is my first 4K Smart T.V. I love the design and the big 65 inch screen size. Now, I have a better experience watching tv and movies.

Great replacement for our older 6 series Samsung TV. Wonderful color. And love that it works with Alexa as well as it's own voice apps.

Picture is incredible. The 4 HDMI ports come in handy and it identifies each item that is plugged in.

This is a good TV. The TV has a good Picture. Not as good as top of the line TV's but very good for this price point. The smart TV features are very good. Great ability to link with your smart phone as well.

We have a 3rd generation LG OLED 65” TV. The picture is great, but too dark. Very disappointing. We bought a Samsung 8000 series 65” 4K TV last year and loved it so much we bought another for our 2nd home this year. It is also a nice TV. Picture is good, app offerings work for us, sound quality is actually so good, I dumped my sound bar. My only complaint - and it is not trivial - is that the side viewing angle picture quality falls off noticeably vs head-on. Even though it is also an 8000 series, it falls off whereas our first one does not. If side angle is important to you, I’d get a different TV.
