I had a bad experience with a Samsung TV and wasn't going to buy another one. I'm glad the salesman was knowledgable and explained why this was a better choice for the money I was willing to spend. I don't use the smart features. I prefer using a separate ROKU box. I also have a soundbar that I bought with this TV. Since I had a previous bad experience I also purchased a five-year service plan from Best Buy.
