The picture is incredible and the smart features are great. It has every app I wanted and more. The only improvement to Samsung that I would suggest is to make the regular cable feature more responsive. When you try to switch between cable channels* (without a cable box) it is really sluggish. I understand that the TV is meant for bigger things but the flipping between channels is aggravating. However small of an inconvenience it it. I love this freaking TV.

This 65” Samsung 8Series checked off all the boxes including size, picture/color clarity and rapid refresh for high speed sports ie. ice hockey. The sales rep @ Port Charlotte(FLA) Best Buy was Joe and he asked all the right questions and listened to our responses. As a result, we were able to choose the proper TV to meet our needs. Best Buy has a great rewards program, so with prior points earned and the unit being on sale the cost was about 50% of original retail. It was delivered and setup was straightforward without any issues. I will definitely return there as I wish to get another Samsung for a different room. Altogether a great experience!

I got this TV for my bedroom. If this wasn't the greatest thing I decided to buy lately then idk what is. I use a 4k firestick and the contest and clarity is wonderful. I'm looking now to buy a 75" inch for the front for the front room. Haven't used much of the free Samsung tv channels that come with the tv but I love the options if I wanted. Ooh and this was an open box. Missing the stand and remote. I was putting it on the wall so didn't need a stand anyway. I bought a replacement remote for $6 and I have a Samsung phone which you can for a universal remote. This saved my hundreds...def a must buy

Upgraded my HD 55" to a 65" Samsung 4K UHD 8 series. The picture is great and set up was easy. Love the smart remote and Bixby.

I am not a big fan of upgrading. Most items purchased are used until they die out. TV prior to this Samsung 8series was a Vizio bought in 2007. Yes, more than 10 years ago. When we powered on the TV in our family room we all just went-Wooowww... The image is quite amazing! Many apps I use on my phone or on my laptop are right on the screen! I run a vevo playlist while I do dinner daily! We garher as a family to watch an old movie on Netflix and truth be told, I thought I was watching a new movie for the very first time! I can go on and on about how satisfied I am with our purchase. Thanks Best Buy and Samsung :D

This is the second Samsung smart tv I have purchased and I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of these products. We bought this on a sale and it was extremely worth every penny we paid. The 4k picture quality is exactly what you'll see in store displays. The smart tv features are great as well. Easy to get the streaming apps you love and arrange them on the home screen. Also have a samsung soundbar that connects so well. The soundbar turns on with the tv and the tv remote controls the soundbar so you don't have to keep track of two remotes that look identical.

I've been buying Samsung for years -- every since I gave up on Sony Trinitron because it was too expensive for a screen larger than 21" (yeah, I'm that old!). My last TV was a Samsung 55" 1080 HD LCD flat panel. It's about 8 years old. First things first, let's be honest. You're not going to see an amazing leap between 1080 HD and 4K for most content. I've seen 8K TVs in person, and you will see a difference between HD and 8k. HD and UHD, not so much. However, this TV is still a huge improvement over my last TV. The picture is brighter, contrast is better, and the screen is much less reflective. My living room gets quite a bit of light. The old TV was very hard to see in the early afternoon (never a problem before the COVID-19 lockdown). This one is much better. The sound is dramatically better too. Much better bass and generally clearer. The built in apps are reliable and I've had no issues with networking (a real problem with my old TV). I used to use an Amazon Fire TV, but it has pretty much been replaced. Last, but not least, the setup and universal remote were easy to set up. Everything I had plugged in was auto-detected and worked first time. There are a couple of minor settings on the cable box that I can't access, but everything I use regularly just works. That's a huge win in terms of missing remotes, cable nests and other minor annoyances. At 65", it's noticeably bigger than my old TV, and the thinner bezels are nice. I ended up mounting it to the wall rather than using the stand. We have very uneven floors and a fat cat, so I was a little concerned about it tipping over (the TV, not the cat). All in all, it's a nice improvement.

Got this TV during the 4th of July sale and glad I was able to find one due to it being sold out every where. Great size, picture quality is excellent and sound is great for my size place, but plan to add a sound bar with a subwoofer soon, Connection to the WiFi and streaming services was fast, set up was fast and easy. I have majority apple products and to have a tv that I can airplay my purchase content to without having to buy another devices is the best. Big fan of Samsung products and I’m likely going to purchase this same TV and different sizes.

You get a lot for the amount that you pay! The image is very crisp and clear, no pixelation or blurring. The sound of the TV itself is pretty good considering it’s a built in speaker. It can get loud but will not deliver the same sound as a sound bar but that’s to be expected. The software/menus are buttery smooth and responsive. I have an older serious that had a bit of a lag. The voice to text remote gets better as you use it, great feature if you use YouTube a lot like me; saves time having to type everything in. Overall, you will not regret it.

65" is just right for larger room. 8 series 4k refresh rate is great for watching fast moving sports. setup is easy. has sturdy feet for setting on tv stand.

I dont even know where to being, the remote is small slick, less is more here, instead of the old remote which had allot of buttons this is simplified with only 13 buttons all easy labeled and easy to use. The tv is SO CLEAR you can make out every LINE ZIT even the bad make up on people on tv. it is so user friendly and personalized to start back up where you left off on whether was Netflix or YouTube. I really cant rave about this TV any more its amazing. The only bad thing is there speakers their a 8 out of 10.

Easy setup. Lots and lots of features. Con:. The tv keeps defaulting to an input that once had something on it, but now does not. Not sure why and I don't see an option to stop it. Pro:. Would buy again. Good price, great picture.

Bought this for my parents. They have been using a old LCD Samsung for sometime now. My dad watched so much narcos and tele novelas about Pablo Escobar on it that the TV had two small light punctures in the picture. Needless to say his thrifty ways kept him from pulling the trigger on a new TV. When I saw this on sale I pounced. Great picture and better colors. Nothing fancy like and OLED but my mom is happy because her eyes don’t hurt squinting. My dad is currently watching Narcos Mexico on it and loves it !

Great picture, very good tv speakers and an easy set up plus a great price. Package should contain the M8/45mm wall mount bolts.

Purchased this television online and picked up in store. Brought home, setup was super quick and easy. Picture quality is amazing. Vibrant colors.

We have had our new Samsung 65" LED Series 8 2160p Smart 4K UHD TV with HDR for almost a month and are delighted with it. The picture quality is excellent and set up was very straightforward. We have not needed a separate soundbar as it is console rather than wall mounted. We also have a 55" curved Samsung TV which is about 3 years old. That also has a good picture but the picture on this new TV is phenomenal. There are some amazing TVs out there however I'm so glad we chose this one. The picture quality and value for money were hard to beat.

I had bought a 5” class 7 a few years back and still have it in my living room! I wanted to upgrade my tv in my room so I decided to go with a 65” and a better quality since I game and watch movies a lot. Couldn’t be any happier! I love the refresh rate and picture quality of this specific model. I would recommend anyone to grab this plus I got an amazing price for 4th of July! I wanted to get a QLED but honestly cannot tell the difference between this one and the newest model.

The TV was very easy to setup, easy to use, the remote is very minimal which I prefer and the picture quality is outstanding! Love this tv

Upgraded from a 46” Samsung, and debated going with another Samsung from some of the reviews on the lower models. Decided to go for this TV after a month of research. I’ve had this TV for about a month now and have absolutely no complaints! The picture is amazing, the Smart connectivity is fast and has many options, and for the price point I don’t think it can be beat! The TV has many different picture options to fit your liking. Overall I give this a 5/5! Will update if needed.

Great picture and sound. Easy set up. Easy remote. No problems whatsoever. Have owned it for nearly a month so far.
