I’ve always been a Samsung TV buyer and this TV is one of the better ones. The color is very vibrant with very little adjustment The colors were even better. With the easy to use remote set up is a breeze. The edge to edge Picture is like looking at a movie screen. The sound on this TV is much better than ones in the past, in the medium size room a sound bar system is not required. Overall I would recommend this TV to most anyone, we’ve only owned in about a month but I’m extremely happy with that so far.

Truly incredible picture! Very intuitive and easy to navigate the apps and menus. My 4 and 5 yr olds and grandparents alike had no problem learning how to use this tv. This tv has a truly incredible picture and at this price point this purchase was a no-brainer!! I will be buying another one shortly. If you’re in the market for a new tv check this model out before making any purchases. You won’t regret it!!

So glad I chose this tv! It is so clear and has great sound. I absolutely love the technology as well. It is user friendly and I love that I can use airplay with it from my iPhone. I decided on the 65 inch during a July 4th sale because it was cheaper than the 55 inch. I’m so glad I went with the 65 inch. It looks great on the wall because it is so sleek! Awesome purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an upgrade!

Gave our old 48in flat screen (5yrs old) to the kids so they can play games and watch movies. Wife and I needed something new and wanted an upgrade. BB had a 4th of July sale and we scored BIG. Ours is not a QLED but for the price ($600 Orig. $1000) the size (65” - HUGE) and picture quality we are very pleased. Easy to setup apps (Hulu, Netflix etc) and when possible 4K UHD tv/movies look amazing. Two thumbs up

Got this TV on an awesome Labor Day deal. I couldn’t believe the price considering this is an 8 series Samsung. I actually got the last one in the store. I ordered via my app for next day pick up. I almost didn’t believe it would actually be an 8 series when I showed up to curbside, but it absolutely was. I’ve owned, and still own, a TV for each room. 55in Samsung in my daughters room. 50in LG 7series 4K HDR in the bedroom. Samsung 42in in my studio. 42in Insignia in my office. 60in Vizio in the family room. All have been good TVs, but this Samsung replaced the Vizio, and the Samsung is by far the best TV in the house at this time. It’s probably by far the nicest TV we’ve had. It’s super slim. Extremely low profile. Nice brushed metallic finish. Super quick, responsive, intuitive controls with regard to the smart OS. Dedicated game mode for gaming. Allows for quick access or switching to whichever app or input you need. Last, but certainly not least, the picture is just insane. Once you dial it in, its just gorgeous. The best picture of any tv in my house...any TV I’ve ever owned... by far. The only con to me is the lack of component inputs. Only HDMI and optical audio, which is fine. I use the optical, but I have a massive home theater audio receiver which has an OSD and requires a separate component input in order to access that OSD for proper setup. It’s a small complaint, though. It does not take any stars away from my review. I highly recommend this TV.

I recently purchased the 6 series and returned it and got the 8 series instead. What a big difference in picture quality when the price difference is only 100 dollars. Its definitely brighter and clearer than the 6 series. I would definitely go check out the TV at Bestbuy before buying so that you do not have to make the same mistake as I did. I would recommend this TV based on the price and quality.

This was an upgrade, to say the least, of my old Visio 35" from about 2008. Very pleased with the TV. Great picture quality and no issues with display or with the speakers themselves, which I had heard had some issues with this model online. But sound quality is fantastic, at least for the small-ish room it is currently in. The Tizen OS that Samsung utilizes does take a little bit to get used to, alongside the remote which took me a week to get the hang of. I've dabbled a little with the apps available through Tizen, mainly the Samsung Plus TV which does have a decent selection of free channels alongside the OTA digital channels, as long as it has an internet connection. I don't use it all that often anymore since I have it hooked up alongside a Roku Ultra, and that remote allows me to manage both power and volume alongside the Roku itself. All in all I would recommend this TV if you are looking for a decent upgrade for an older TV that doesn't need to be high-end. I secured this during a Labor Day sale if I recall correctly, so I definitely got my moneys worth and then some. Though I would definitely make sure you have the room available depending on which size you get. This was just large enough to fit cleaning between two doorways without being in danger of impact.

This TV was super simple to set up...just take it out of the box and plug it in. The internet WiFi connection was easy, as was figuring out how to search for apps and downloading the apps to the TV. We reused the existing TV mount, and just had to switch out the screws for ones that were a little longer. The colors are vibrant, and dark/night time images on the screen show up perfectly.

We replaced an older Sony Bravia & worried about getting a less expensive product. We were pleasantly surprised and this Samsung TV is great. It was a simple set-up & the smart feature easily connects to Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. The picture is crisp & clear. The action videos/movies remain clear with little noticable blurring. Would highly recommend the Samsung 65" 8 series.

Received this as a gift. It fits great wall mounted in our modest sized family room. The volume can be quiet and I feel like we are constantly having to run it at higher volume levels - may benefit from a soundbar. We love that it's a smart TV and can easily connect it to apps - netflix, youtube tv, hulu, etc.

The TV was only about 700$ and I just wanted something a little bigger. The quality on this tv is amazing. When youre I’m store and you see it side by side with a 8k you don’t notice how great this tv actually is. Also, it’s a smart tv, with hulu , Netflix, google play, youtube. It auto detects your Xbox and will play in HDR or 120hz. All I’m gonna say is this tv so far is well worth the 700$

Does 1440p/1080p @ 120hz, so great for gaming over other monitors, 4k @60hz ... great picture & specs over all without spending 2500.00 + for an OLED, which are better but much more $. love the monitor, gave only 4 stars cause spent alot , 1440p/1080p @ 120hz should be a standard at least by now at a MUCH lower price, but love the monitor, just pricey

Was pretty sure I had my mind set on getting the 7 series, but after comparing the 7 to the 8 in the store, I am so glad I went with the 8 series. It was definitely a no brainer for me and I really feel like I got my money’s worth for going to the next level. The picture quality and color is AMAZING! Have owned this TV for 5 months now and love it even more every time I watch it!

I purchased the 65” 8 series Samsung led smart tv. Has to be the best tv I’ve ever owned! Amazing quality and a very reasonable price as compared to some others I’ve checked out. Hooked it up to my Samsung r550 sound bar and my house shakes with the Bluetooth sub. I have no complaints and the service at my 2 Best Buy stores was great(Whitehall and Easton). Recommend to everyone!

I am not very particular or professional with TV quality but this TV set is good enough for us for the price/size combination. I'm sue the tech in this TV will go old fashioned sometime in the future since everything keeps changing. Overall it has good quality and ease of use. No RCA connections if you have old DVD or Sat box etc. Pretty nice remote too.
