Love the built in Alexa feature and works nicely. Good video quality and this model gives 3rd HDMI port unlike previous Samsung Models. Setup could not have been easier with onscreen step by step installation.

I could not get resolution on my problem with an order. When he got involved, things went smooth from then on. He is a great asset to the organization!

Today is 8/18/2024 and the tv has died. Noticed a few weeks ago there was a light streak on the bottom left corner. Today the screen is completely black...sound is still there and appears to be working fine. I'm not happy. While the tv isn't the top of the line, its not bargain basement either. We paid $599. This is the first time I've purchased a tv and it not last more than 5 years.

We upgraded from a 2014 Samsung 55” to a 2021 65” and are happy with it. The picture clarity is much better. The only drawback is the stand. This TV has legs that were too far apart to fit my table, so had to buy an aftermarket center stand to attach.

We love this TV but there is something wrong with it. Sometimes it runs fine, then other times it goes down and it knocks the breaker off to our other appliances. I think we're returning it.
