Sound needs BIG improvement and remote is horrible

And only had it 1 month and had to call to replace the remote. Its to small and the volume pads are crazy dont know who thought that was a good idea but it wasnt.

Please know, many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual.
To tune the sound to your liking, you may want to try adjusting the several sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences. You can change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

average, consider the LG NanoCell 90 instead.

It was returned and replaced with te a LG NanoCell90 model, which cost a little bit more and is the better buy (much better picture and overall quality).

Television replacement

We get so many channels it's crazy wicked awesome.... we don't have cable or a dish and with this new Samsung 65" TV we get up to 1517 Samsung provided channels. We even get all the local channels...!

I had inquired about a better tv where that isn’t a frequent issue, but no response from Best Buy (of course).

Thank you for sharing your experience with Internet connectivity. If you’re experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection, we suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Best TV ever

And I can’t say enough good things about them. Apple air play Netflix and more. You will have to use a sound bar or connect to an AV system as the sound quality is mediocre.

Even my 6 yr old son can navigate easily to his favorite shows on various streaming sites.

It is a bit confusing on the main home screen and then the sound quality is pretty poor. We for sure will need to get a soundbar.

Love Best Buy !

Best Buy swapped them out with no problem . The new ones work fine . Always have a good experience at BB . Buy all of my electronics there . Short on staff now but that is not BB's fault .
