    I am happy with my purchase so far. Not sure about the reason why it would not mirror YouTube full screen from phone though which it use to do very quickly earlier. It mirrors YouTube small screen but wonder why not mirrors enlarged full screen view.

      When using your phone to mirror, please ensure that your screen lock is off and you have pressed the full-screen button on the right side of YouTube videos.

    Samsung 8000 is solid

    Samsung has been a pretty durable choice for me for 15 years. The Samsung Smart Hub has a lot of available apps. I dont like how Samsung tries to cram their video app down your thoat, which you coukd uninstall or at least keep it from opening by default. Thats why just 4 stars.

    The head manager Michael of Best Buy in North Haven CT was wonderful and very kind. Also he is very professional and patient. He took his time and explained everything every process. Amazing he is. I highly recommend dealing with him.

    This is really a great smart TV! Since it's a Samsung, you can download the DirectTV app and watch without an STB - and that's nice. We're also running wireless headphones through the optical cable connection.

    Nice upgrade from the lower end models! Our other tv started having issues with display and we recently purchased this tv and it was much thinner and more HDMI ports!

    The product is great the guys who put it in were very nice and capable.William who came to the house was great in the beginning then we text him 2-3 times never answered we had to call the store a few times.

    For the price solid smart TV IMHO. Note there are better pictures on more expensive sets, also note I'm using a Bose sound system so cannot comment on audio. My only real complaint is menus run very slow, but then I'm sure that relates to price point.

    Very good, no problems so far, smart features get a little slow sometimes but pick back up in a few minutes. Amazon Prime app seems to dim the tv a bit, all others are good.

    Bought Samsung TV from Best Buy. Received great service, it was delivered on time and got it installed by Best Buy technician. Technician gave us a tour of how to use the remote and we were up and running in no time.

    It’s great tv for mid entry to QLED tvs, great price but could be better on tv remote response time also dies quite too quickly. Really good tv overall with great features

    The 55inch I first got just wasn’t big enough, you 5 day return policy where I could upgrade was just perfect for us. Your policy and outstanding employees made the return and upgrade easy.

    After a year it started to go dim in the corners and now after 2 years it has gone black on half of the screen. TV was $722, I was hoping it would last longer.

    I expected better quality, better picture. This is not a step up from the 7000 series. I’m fact, I prefer my 7000 series’ pictures and refresh rate.

      Thank you for your feedback on the AU8000 TV's image quality. I am here to help and have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, there are a few Picture Settings that you can adjust:

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
