Very frustrating!

Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. The Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service.

I bought an entertainment center with a fireplace insert and it looks amazing with my new Samsung sitting on it.

Very unsatified with this TV

We have had this TV for less than 7 months and all the apps stopped working. After numerous calls to Samsung, they could not fix the problem. Then, after I gave them remote access to the TV, it stopped even turning on. A service representative cannot come out for a week. I would not recommend this TV. All the less expensive TVs that I have purchased in the past have been far better.

Not as good as they used to be

It keeps logging itself off of the internet. I have to unplug it whenever that happens. It won't run updates. Support is just about non existent. I feel like Samsung products are generally not as good of quality than they used to be. I've been buying Samsung products for years. I used to be very satisfied with their products.

Good with dark colors!!

It has really good dark colors, where smoke in a night screen doesn't look like a pixelated mess. For the price it definitely delivers.

Not like the older 8000 series

I noticed this is AU8000 (2021) and not the TU8000 model (2020). Thought sure, why not. Latest model should be fine. Made the purchase and took it home and set it up. Finished calibrating the white scale/color/etc... and then plugged my KS8000 next to it and tried to compare them on which was staying in the living room and which was going to the bedroom. Picture on KS was much better than this new tv AU8000 I just bought. Pretty disappointed. Not as bright/darks are not as dark/and the tv menu seems slower than my older KS model. The AU8000 was moved to bedroom.
