    for some reason it doesnt work well with the sound bar system we purchased at the same time. We wanted the tv to work thru the sound bar with the remote speakers so we could hear it easier, but we have to turn the tv up loud so we can hear it across the room until a commercial comes on then we are blown out of the room.

      We appreciate your feedback on the AU8000 TV and are here to help address these issues with you.

      For the issue you are having with your Soundbar, let's ensure your TV utilizes your connected Soundbar. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through.

      You can disable a few volume features to ensure the TV volume doesn't change, no matter the content.

      The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> General> Intelligent Mode Settings> Turn off.

      You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
