The 65" Class 8000 Series Samsung tv has a great picture. It replaces a 7-yr old one almost like it because our grandchild threw a toy and hit the screen, causing it to crack. We kept our Samsung soundbar, but it doesn't seem to be very compatible with the new tv. We may have to buy another soundbar or do without it. I like that the new tv doesn't darken like the old one in bright daylight.

Purchased this TV February 2022. May of 2025 the left half of the screen went black when it was turned on. The lower right hand portion of TV also gets extremely hot. The screen on this TV has always seemed to emit a lot of heat. Don't know if that had anything to do with it failing. I know that for $650 I expected more life out of this TV. It was a beautiful picture, until it wasn't. Very disappointing.

I purchased this TV June 1st and have enjoyed it. The picture and sound is wonderful. The remote, however, is not the same quality as the TV. It is small, has few features and has been challenging trying to make it work. The only way to use the voice feature is with Alexa or Bixby. I have a Samsung purchased 2 1/2 years ago that came with a full-sized remote. I don’t know why this Samsung model has a small one. The remote is the only reason I gave this 4 stars.

Purchased over a year ago, no issues to date. Good value for set. Picture and color are what you would expect. Sound is a little hollow, but we paired it with a Bose soundbar via Bluetooth which did it the trick. Simple interface to manage. Been running Hulu and other streaming services without any concerns.

Great TV for the price.! Easy set-up. Does everything I need it to do. Also has gaming built in for Xbox Gamepass.

I’ve had this TV for two years now. It’s a great, quality is good, I haven’t had any issues with it. The only complaint I have is that it’s not very user friendly when searching for titles of specific shows or movies.

Good picture but not as sharp as we thought it would be. The volume button has to be turned high to adequately hear.

Great quality, easy set up. The menu/ content browser could use some work, but overall pretty decent.

We absolutely love this TV! It’s very thin and is mounted on our wall nicely! We’re actually going to purchase another one in a couple weeks. Love that the Geek Squad hooked up our surround sound to the TV also!
