This is my 2nd Samsung 65 inch TV. I have one in my living room and recently brought another one for family room. I absolutely love it! The picture quality is exceptional and paired with the Samsung sound bar and wireless subwoofer, you get an amazing audio and visual experience.

Best TV I could ever ask for. The picture is great. The tv size is amazing. It makes gaming a whole new experience.

I have alway bought Samsung TVs because the picture quality is grea, but the many other problems do not make up for it. Here are a few example: Samsung has made the remote so difficult to navigate, 2 to 3 extra steps, if you set the remote down wrong it reverts to Samsung TV cutting off the program you were watching, The TV keeps losing my optical connection to my Samsung Sound Bar and loses my internet connection a least once a Day. This will be my last Samsung TV!

This would have been a $2000 TV 2-3 years ago, but at the purchase price of $679 made it unbelievable! Depending on the input source, it will deliver a true 4K experience, DVD's, cable tv, streaming etc. This unit offers a lot of features, so I recommend that you set up the basics first, then move on to the added features in the future. Already having a Samsung account with my Galaxy phone made the set-up much easier and quicker. As the audio is of most importance to me as the image, I run our cable box (and the dvd player) through our Sony receiver and then to the TV through the ARC connection. For streaming, I ran an optical cable from the tv to the receiver. Just take your time and it will work just fine for you once set up correctly.

TV is the right size for our new renovation. Picture is great, we also purchased a mount, soundbar and the annual membership which allowed Geek Squad to deliver, install and ensure that everything including my satellite provider were hooked up and working. My wife had requested a cord free install (no dangling cord). That all happened in a little over an hour. Who knew that the Samsung TV came with 300 "channels". When I talked to my satellite provider to finish the receiver install, she said thats better service from Geek Squad then if you had one of our technicians on-site. She indicated she was going to Best Buy for her Christmas 2021 TV that they had planned to purchase. The 24 months with zero% interest made the purchase very affordable.

I would recommend it. Easy to setup, intuitive. Love the choice of voice assists. The guide is simple to follow. Enjoy the ease of switching between apps. The color is beautiful and the sound is very good (we don't have a sound bar).

I know almost nothing about TV's. Our son sent us to town to buy a 65 inch Smart TV with a central stand. The membership store we first went to was unhelpful, another big box store was worse, so we came to Best Buy. They had a number of choices in our price range and while none had a central stand they offered a couple of options. We bought the lower priced central stand. It works beautifully, making the TV more stable in the center. (Because of children around we were worried that the legs weren't sturdy enough.) Plus we can swivel it a bit now. The sales people were VERY helpful, our son delighted. So far we're happy with it. We has to drive some distance to another store to pick it up but everyone there was super helpful. It's really big but has a good picture.

The crystal UHD picture looks like your in the movie with the actors, love this TV. I dont like the shape of the Samsung remote it is too slim. . Samsung can make spectacular crystal uhd smart tv's but the buttons on remotes can not be seen in a dark room. they should light up or glow in the dark. The remots is very trim it is made to stand up. so, when you lay it on the table it just slides off due to its shape & being light weight. . We Purchashed a 65 inch TV. perfect size for our space. the Smart App Icons on the home screen are small lined up across bottom of screen. I wish they'd made them as bigger icons. but, you get used to it. sound quality is as expected with speakers in back. you must have a sound bar to really enjoy this TV.

Just love it! The picture is amazing and the sound is unbelievable. For the money, I cannot believe you will find a better TV. Also, the sales associate at Best Buy could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I just wish I had gotten her name so I could thank her publicly. Great TV. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing Quality and Clarity. The picture is crystal clear for any movie night or gaming experience. The quality in any lighting situation is amazing. I highly recommend this TV for your next at home or business purchase.

Tv is great from games to movies. Looks bigger at home than in store but that is a plus. Great quality and connectivity

For the 3 months or so we've had this tv, its been great. Easy to set up and great picture!! Honestly, the only bad is the tv speakers are garbage. But with sound bar or steroe system, that doesnt matter. Puts out great audio using optical cord.

This TV has a beautiful picture with crystal clear vivid colors! It is truly a pleasure to watch and movie night is several times a week. Football games are explosive. When the weather is bad outside, all is well in front of the TV.

Nice TV for the price, i love the picture quality and the easy way to navigate the tv menu with the provided control. I was surprised how many free air channels i got to watch for free. I enjoy watching movies with the kids.

This TV is an upgrade from my old TV , I was looking at the latest TV QLEDs but I decided for this one because anyway is an upgrade for me! Quality is really good and the options are good too! For the price I paid it’s excellent

Now you have to keep in mind that this is my first smart TV. This is all new to me but I can’t say I am warning it and I am loving it. It is such a nice TV with a beautiful picture and gorgeous colors. It’s just going to take some getting used to.

Great television and no issues with it. Quality and picture is good.

Did not like that the power button snapped off. The volume connects to other devices and will not let the remote turn it up or down. Then you have to just wait until it resets. The screen went out after two years. Picture quality is great. First time buying a Samsung and not happy with having to purchase a new tv within two years after paying $723.
