My first Samsung TV and I love it. No problem so far, had over a year. Wonderful picture to say the least.

This television is perfect it is clear and the sound is exquisite. Easy to set up and it comes with free channels from samsung TV. Amazing TV for the price.

This is second Samsung TV we’ve purchased from Best Buy and couldn’t be more pleased. The picture is superb and the Geek Squad installation was over the top! Controls were explained clearly and definitely easy to use. The TV arrived very well packaged and a great value. But the main reason we picked this particular model was because the the representative at Best Buy took he time to listen to what I was looking for and showed me several options to help satisfy my buying urge! I would recommend this product for any living space where you would view from 12-15’ away.

I love the image, the sounds are excellent, I have had it for about a year now and it has not given me any type of problem, I recommend it.

The sound isn't bad but we did purchase a sound bar that we use daily. The picture is great & it was a reasonably priced upgrade for us.

Very good t v I have no complaints the only thing I would say the remote Is a little difficult to navigate but otherwise a very good tv I would refer it to anyone.

Samsung TV is one of the great perks that come with this TV.

Great budget 65" TV. I was looking for 65" TV with a $600 and this fits right. There were other cheaper TVs like Hisense, Vizio etc, but I went with samsung.

This is a great TV overall. Good picture, good sound, great size. My only gripe is it has compatibility issues with my Verizon fios box. This results in sometimes the sound cutting out from the Fios box or the fios box randomly triggering the tv to change sources, especially while using a gaming console. I had to disable some settings on the Fios box to alleviate that issue but sometimes the sound still drops out from the cable requiring me to unplug the HDMI and plug it back in. This seems to be a common issue with modern samsung TVs and Fios boxes so. But otherwise, great TV. I wish I could uninstall the apps I don't use to save space.

So, I really want to like this TV. And I do love the picture. It really is excellent. Colors pop and the picture comes to life on the screen. The sound is also better than most flat panels that I've had in recent years. But I just can't deal with the UI and the remote. The menu is a pain in the butt, and the remote is so remarkably painful to use. Pros: Picture is clear, crisp-very nice picture Colors are very vivid, with a number of settings to choose from to suit any mood Sound is really good Storage (for downloaded apps) is ample very small bezel makes for less geography used on the wall Cons: Menu is just annoying User interface and navigation is clumsy Remote renders many apps harder to use on-screen keyboard is a nightmare (this is the most annoying thing by far) screen is very reflective of ANY room lighting for wall mounting, location of ports makes it very impractical unless you have A LOT of space between the back of the TV and the wall I'm not a videophile, and this is probably the 2nd best picture quality on any TV I've ever owned (I have a 13 year old LG that is still premium picture) but I have a hard time knocking anything about the image at all. Only thing might be viewing a darker scene in a well lit room is tough, but otherwise I'm extremely happy with the picture. It is just the usability and functionality that really annoys me. Especially the remote which is why I still use my Logitech Harmony instead of the one that came with the tv (however...I can't seem to program the 'back' button...so I STILL have to deal with that thing anyway). I would recommend the TV (just not the remote!)

Best tv I have ever owned hands down. Picture is amazing. Set up was easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mid level priced tv.

Replaced a Sony Bravia with Samsung product and will never go back. Connectivity with other components was instant and picture quality exceptional

Great picture, but may spend a little more for sharper contrast/resolution on next purchase. Like the thin, light weight screen with less frame. Seaker built in needs sound bar to project sound for anything more than small room.

This is an amazing TV. I bought it almost 3 months ago and I have no complaints. It has an amazing picture and so many features. It has a fast refresh rate and so many more great things.

I just replaced a 60in LG with this 65in Samsung. As much as I love the LG, this Samsung seems like a nice upgrade. The picture is Sharp with good color range, and an automatic game mode. The user interface is nothing special, but it is easy to navigate and fairly quick to respond. The sound quality is pretty bad, but honestly who uses the TV speakers anyway? But this is where things get aggravating. The so-called Samsung Smart Remote has got to be one of the dumbest remotes I have come across. Whether it be the remote itself, or the TV software, the programming for your sound bars and other devices constantly gets deleted. Sometimes my sound bar will work with the remote for two weeks straight. Other times I have to set it up as if it were a new connection 7 to 8 times a day, frequently while I'm in the middle of watching something or playing a game. Apparently, this is a common issue with Samsung and their smart remotes. From researching this issue myself, it literally seems like a roll of the dice on whether or not you're particular devices are going to play nice with this TV and remote or not. I've really wanted to love this TV, but constantly having to set up my devices over and over is keeping this TV in the friend zone.

Solid picture for the price. The rep told us it makes sense to get the previous years models because of how discounted they are. He was absolutely correct
