I had to ask them twice not to do this. They also said they’d be back to install the speaker and woofer when I purchased a outlet strip; they said they had none in the trunk. They also didn’t take a great deal of time with me to inspect all of the TV’s functionality. Please send a new tech(s) to review the TV’s capabilities and to FINISH the install. Why I have to ask eludes me too.

Had to replace an LG tv after 2 years because the screen started going blue. Samsung was a great choice. Previous reviews mentioned the sound. And yes, I have to put the sound level higher on this than previous tv to get the same sound but nothing wrong with that. It’s at a 25 level for this and has same sound as maybe 15 on my LG. So what, it’s just a number, sound is the same. Love it.
