I am glad to hear you are enjoying the picture quality provided by the Crystal Processor 4K paired with Dynamic Crystal Color. Your feedback regarding the overall volume is important to us and will be shared with our product teams. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

I was thrilled with the clarity of picture and richness of the colors. it was purchased for my husband's garage-man cave, It has such a beautiful picture that I asked him if we could switch the living room TV with the Samsung Tizen. His answer was "no way" this is an awesome TV! I will be getting this TV for our living room soon!

Wonderful picture, odd Interface

I enjoy the size, the screen and the refresh rate I've seen, but the system interface is very odd. It comes with Samsung TV Plus, which is like an odd live streaming service with horrible resolution. I give it a 4 out of 5 because at times the TV can be slow and unresponsive to my remote, but when it does work, it gets the job done.

For the price, this is absolutely the best out there for quality and Value. I really like the simplified remote without too many buttons everywhere and its bluetooth enabled (unlike the 7000 series) so my new samsung soundbar also works with the remote. The picture is amazing, the built in apps for AppleTV, Disney+, Netflix etc are great and i didnt have to spend $1500-$3000 for a new TV. Very pleased.

But I bought the extended warrantee. BestBuy came out twice, said the problem was my internet and to contact Samsung. Samsung said the same thing, so I went from 500mps to a gig, still had the problem. Bumped it up again to 2 gigs and still had the same problems. So the problem was the network card in the TV. I spent 3 months trying to get them to fix the problem to no avail. This was the only TV on the network. I sent them multiple videos showing the problem, but they refused to do anything about it. I ended up buying a Amazon Firestick and problem solved. The Firestick bypassed the TV's network card. Now I'm running at 1 gig and have a total of 3 TV's on my network with no problems. Fast forward a year and a half and the backlight went out. Replaced this piece of junk with an LG. Hopefully LG is better.

Great TV, POOR REMOTE

Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel.
You can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under "Crystal UHD TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
